gud pm po may makukuha kaya akong toejigeum sa dati kung amo bale naka one year and two months po kc ako nag work sa company nya.thanxs.....

hi angel,
if you're previous company has a total of 5 or more regular workers, your employer is obliged to provide a "Departure Guanrantee Insurance" or "toejigeum" by registering you at Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance company the last time they hired you...

if ikaw ay nag-work sa company for a minimum of 1-yr or more your should avail a "toejigeum" after you left the company... you can visit labor office or Samsung Insurance office to file your "toejigeum"
