Good day!ask ko lang po kung pwede pa rin po ba ako lumabas ng bansang Pilipinas papunta sa ibang bansa (ex.Singapore) specially kung may visa na po ako pabalik ng korea?nd po ba makakaapekto un sa pag-entry ko uli ng Korea (re-employment status)?tnx and more power!!!

if you want to cancel your visa for EPS re-employment, you should inform your employer first because you need to cancel your signed labor contract between you and your employer... after that, you employer will be the one to inform the Ministry of Labor (Job Center) of your contract cancellation then the Ministry of Labor (Job Center) will inform the Ministry of Justice (immigration)...

you can also visit or call the Korean Embassy office in Makati to personally inform them of the cancellation...

Note: Hindi po yan maka-affect sa future re-entry mo sa Korea in case gusto mo pa rin mag-work or pupunta dito...
