kabayan,
you need to approach and agree with your employer kung kailan pwede mo gamitin ang annual paid leave mo... sa policy kasi, bago ka makagamit ng paid leave mo, you need to ask an approval first to your employer... if hindi magbigay ng leave ang amo mo, then your employer must convert the paid leave into cash allowance equivalent to basic salary rate... ang annual paid leave ay pwede ma-avail after 1-year of your work but pwede rin yan gamitin in advance as long as i-approve ng amo mo...
