ano po ba ang mga exception sa food factory ? pwede po ba nila hindi bayaran ang unused vacation leave

ano po ba ang mga exception sa food factory ? pwede po ba nila hindi bayaran ang unused vacation leave
kabayan,
ang food factory (hindi restaurant) ay under din ng manufacturing industry... as long as the company has a total regular employees of five or more, per Korean Law, wala pong exemption... the company is obliged to provide all benefits for its employees such as 12~15 days paid leave, "toejigeum", "kukmin", Industrial Compensation Insurance, and National Health Insurance. Thank you...
