to whom it may concern....
ask ko lng po kung ano mga benefits pwede mkuha pag nagsara ang co.....???? sa june pa kc dapat tpos contract eh napaaga kc bancrupt co.... help us please...

Ayon po sa Labor Standard Act of Korea (LSA) and Foreign Workers Employment Act, ito ang nakasaad na mga benefits na pwede natin makuha...
1) Departure Guarantee Insurance or Severence Pay or "Toejigeum" (makukuha lang natin if we have worked in a company for a year or more)Pwede ang employer mo or ikaw na mismo ang magfile sa Samsung Insurance or sa Labor Office.
2) Return Cost Insurance (ito po yung 400,000won na deduction sa salary ng EPS worker during the first 3-months of work). Pwede ang employer mo or ikaw na mismo ang magfile sa Samsung Insurance or sa Labor Office.
3) If hindi binayaran ng tamang sahod for bankruptcy reason, you can still claim your complete salary through "Guarantee Insurance". Pwede kayo mag-claim sa Labor Office...
4) NPS Lump-sum Refund or "kukmin" (Ito po ang monthly contribution natin to NPS office based on 9% of our basic salary wherein ang 50% po ay binayaran ng ating employer) Makukuha pa rin natin ito. Hindi po totoo ang mga bali-balita na hindi na daw makukuha ang NPS lump-sum refund natin starting January or February next year... Ang totoo hindi pa po naka-schedule ng Phil. Senate ang hearing or review ng RP-ROK Treaty na ito. Kung walang Senate ratification, wala ring implementation.
