1 yr contract
sir yung kasamhan ko po mag wa 1 yr na this coming august, ayaw na po nyang mag renew for another 1 yr.pano po ba ang process ng 1 yr, katulad din po ba ng mga nagpaparelease?

yes po... sabihin nyo sa friend mo na magpaalam na siya sa amo niya in advance na ayaw na niyang magrenew ng contract... at huwag po siyang pumirma ng kung ano-anong docs... tapos poumunta siya sa Labor Office covering your workplace the day after her last day in the company...
also, magsubmit po siya ng application for her "toejigeum" if yung company nila ay merong 5 or more regular workers...

kailangan po ba maaga mag paalam kung ayaw ng mag sign ng contract.pwede ba pag binigyan na lang ng contratang bago saka sabihin na hindi na ako mag sign,ok lang po ba?kasi balak ko na din di mag sign ng contract.

para maiwasan po na di magagalit ang employer mo sayo at para makapagprepare siya ng kapalit sayo, you should inform your employer one-month before the end of your contract...
more so, nakasaad din sa Korean Labor Law na dapat magpaalam ang employer or worker if either side plan to terminate the contract.
