question ; 1. kahit hindi kinakaltasan ng kukmin yonggeum my makukuha b pagnatapos ang contrata ng isang employee. 2.pano malalaman ng isang employee kung my ron cya kukmin yonggeum.

Kabayan Darwin,

Here are the answers to your questions:

1) Kahit hindi kinakaltasan ng kukmin yonggeum my makukuha b pagnatapos ang contrata ng isang employee? Ans. If walang kaltas sa sahod mo for Natioanl Pension System (NPS), that means ikaw at ang employer mo ay hindi nagbabayad ng NPS contribution. In other words, wala kang records sa NPS. So definitely wala kang makukuha after your contract.

2) Pano malalaman ng isang employee kung my ron cya kukmin yonggeum?
Ans. Please contact the regional office where your company may belong. You can report your situation to the said NPS office. Please CLICK HERE
