tanong lang po...meron nabang latest news about NO NPS-SSS AGREEMENT?
kabayan,

pinaka-latest update, hindi pa po ratified ang NPS-SSS agreement sa Phil. Senate as of today (so makukuha pa po natin ang lump-sum refund)... ayon kay Labatt Cruz of POLO, during the Leaders Forum on Nov. 30, nasa ika-16th priority ranking ang NPS-SSS agreement sa lahat na mga treaties na kanilang i-review and i-ratify... sa ngayon nasa top five pa lang sila...

yung mga signatures at petition letter natin (5,000 plus hard copies) matagal na pong nareceive ng mga senators (Sen. Miriam, Sen. Villar, Sen. Jinggoy, Sen. Escudero, Sen. Erile, Sen. Pangilinan)... yung ibang senators nag-email nalang tayo... at i'm sure nabasa na nila yun...

FEWA-SULYAPINOY also sent a formal letter to Mr. Neri (new SSS president) asking to send a representative to Korea and conduct an open forum para sagutin ng SSS ang ating mga katanungan at hinaing...

sana early next year, may SSS representative na pupunta dito sa Korea...

we are still waiting kung kailan i-review ng Phil. Senate ang NPS-SSS agreement... as of this moment, wala pang final date kung kailan talaga nila i-review for ratification or not...

our petition letter and signatures were already received by the Senate on October last year...

habang hindi nareview ng Senate ang agreement, it's good for us kasi patuloy pa rin tayong makakuha ng NPS lump-sum refund...

kabayan,

nakailang sahod na po kayo na walang deduction? sabihin nyo sa amo nyo na iregister kayo sa NPS as soon as popssible at magstart na kayo ng monthly contribution...

lugi po kayo if wala kayong NPS contribution kasi po based on NPS policy, ang 50% contribuion nyo ay galing po sa employer nyo...

ask ko lang po pag lumipat po ba ako ng company, automatic po ba na sa sunod ko sahod sa ibang company at utomatic na huhulugan n nila ung NPS ko? o may kelangan p pong proseso? at ask ko lang po kung may latest update na po about sa SSS-NPS? maraming salamat po...

hi myblueshe,
if ma-iregister ka agad ng employer mo sa NPS office, yung 1st salary mo may deduction na yan for your NPS contribution... remind mo nalang ang amo mo...

update about NPS-SSS, hindi pa naka schedule sa Phil. Senate ang review for ratification and ang review sa petition natin hanggang ngayon... and considering na papalapit na ang 2010 National Election, im sure hindi nila priority ang agreement na yan... in that case, tuloy pa rin tayong makakuha ng NPS lump-sum refund natin...
