posible po ba na maghire immediately ng EPS ang kumpanyang nahulihan ng illegal worker?
kabayan,
as i have said in some of my posts in this forum, if an employer ay nahulihan ng illegal worker, he is not allowed to hire new foreign EPS workers within 6months to 1-year kung isa lang ang nahuli... if marami, mas mabigat pa ang penalty... tapos meron pa sila babayaran... and they cannot hire new EPS worker until hindi sila nagbayad... salamat...

anyong haseyo

totoo ba to pag ang isang kumpanya nahulihan ng tnt pero mrun workers na legal(eps) ay tatanggalin sila as part of the penalty for the employer.

Kabayang Apache,

Hindi po Totoo yan wala pong kinalaman ang workers legal or ilegal man ang employer lang po ang magkakaroon ng penalty. it means hindi tatanggaling o matatanggal ang workers yon nga lang sa penalty hindi kaagad-agad makapagre-hire or maka-kuha ng EPS ang company it takes 6 Months-1Year depende sa dami ng nahuli.
