gud pm po!ask ok lng po any labor law about vacation leave s ating mga eps,kasi ayaw po kami pagbakasyunin ng sajang nmin kung hindi mabigat ang dahilan,bali po mag 3 yrs. n kmi next year oct exactly,tnx

gud pm po!ask ok lng po any labor law about vacation leave s ating mga eps,kasi ayaw po kami pagbakasyunin ng sajang nmin kung hindi mabigat ang dahilan,bali po mag 3 yrs. n kmi next year oct exactly,tnx
kabayan,
according to labor policy, kailangan talaga ng approval from the employer kung tayo ay mag-leave... in the case na malakas ang company at hindi pwede magleave, your employer must convert your 12~15 days alloted leave per year into cash...

ask your employer about that... thanks.

tnx sir for answering my question,pasunod ko lng po sana n tnong incase matpos nmin yung 3yr at di namin nagamit yung vacation leave pwede pb nmin yun habulin bgo kami umuwi.may print out n rin me nung law n yun

i think possible po yan... for further details kung paano, i suggest punta kayo sa FEWA Office this Sunday para maiforward kayo namin sa PKCH office for legal assistance... (i think every 2nd Sunday ang free legal assistance ng PKCH)
