good day po sa inyo?tanong ko lang po kung paano po yong proseso ng direct hiring,korea to phil.,tapos na po yong kontrata ng kasama ko dito,nasa pinas napo sya,noon po kase wala pang sinasabi ang amo namin na may extension,ngayon po gusto pang bumalik ng kasama ko,sinabi ko na po sa amo ko,sabi nya bibigyan daw po niya ng visa yong kasama ko,ano po ang dapat asikasuhin ng kasama ko sa pinas?salamat po,sana mabigyan nyo po ako ng complete information.more power..god bless..

please refer below...
1) direct hiring can only be allowed thru E7 visa (special Occupation)... that means, the job must be related to IT, engineers, and teaching (native english nationals)
2) for EPS... it is possible that an employer to re-hire his previous employee even nakauwi na sa Philippines... just tell your employer punta siya sa labor office dito sa Korea and ask for the requirements. i think first thing to do, magsign-up muna ng employment contract ang kaibigan mo at ang employer mo then the employer must go to labor office to apply for re-hiring of your friend.

Sa experience ng company namin, it is not possible to re-hire EPS kung nasa Pinas na sya. Meron kasi kaming 2 workers na nag decide to end their 3years stay in Korea and to start their business in Philippines so eventhough our company wanted them to re-employ ay hindi sila nag sign. Then after 5months, we receive a call from these 2 persons who are willing to work again in our company. Since maganda ang work nila sa amin ay nag decide ang company namin na i-rehire sila so nagpunta ang Admin Manger namin sa labor but labor did not approve the papers saying rehire can only be done kung hindi pa nakakalabas ng bansa ang worker. They just advise our company to let these 2 person join again the EPS roosters at dudukutin na lang just in case na nasa roosters na sila. But unfortunately kailangan din sila mag go through sa EPS KLT ulit na hanggang ngayon ay wala pang test sa Pinas so wala nangyari sa kanila.

This is just our experience..share ko lang!!

my answer above (item #2) was also based on my friend's experience... also you may refer below some articles from Foreign Workers Employment Act... as proof that it is possible that an employer can re-hire an EPS employee even naka-uwi na siya sa kanyang native country...
