hindi.ehehe.e di pag di rinenew e d lumipat ng kumpanya.ok ng yan pa 1 year 1 year lang ung napirmahan na kontract.e d pag ayw mu ung napuntahan mu kumpanya,wag kana pumirma ng contract then lipat ka.e ako 3 years ung pinirmahan ko e,hehe

baka ibig sabihin nyo jan ay ung contrata iba po ung sojourn

ang sojourn ay 3+ 1yr & 10 mons dati samin 3+3
halimbawa nyan pag natapos mong isang sojourn period mo sa una 3years pag ndi ka gusto ng amo mo kunwari pag babakasyunin ka pero ndi mo alam d kna makakabalik.. kaya pag tpos ng isang sojourn mo cguraduhin mo munang papirmahin ka ng another 1ry and 10mons sojourn..
