ako po ay isang EPS worker. magtatatlong taon po ako dito sa korea next year. Plano ko po next year pag matatapos na po ang 3 years ko na umuwi ng pilipinas at magstay po doon ng 45 days(IYAN PO ANG PLANO KO BAGO AMIENDAHAN ANG SOJOURN PERIOD NG EPS WORKER)

NOW po at nabago na pupwede prin po ba akong makabalik sa korea kung uuwi po ako sa pilipinas para magbakasyon?

kabayan ask long na papayagan ka na magbakasyon ng company mo at bibigyan ka ng reentry visa ay walang dahilan para dika makabalik sa korea...iyon nga lang depende sa company mo kung ilang araw ang ibibigay sa yo na bakasyon..di tulad ng dati na obligado 1 month na magexit ka sa korea..so magsabi ka ng maaga para payagan ka..pero yung iba mong benefits like tegicom at gukmin ay di mo makukuha ..kasi 5 years na nga tayo...paguwi na talaga tayo tsaka natin makukuha yung benefits na to...so balik manggagawa lang iprocess mo pag nagbakasyon ka sa atin..at yung reentry visa mo kailangan may tatak ng imiration... kasi napakahalaga nito..sana ay makatulong ang munti kong paliwanag..kung may katanungan ka pa..pwede mo akong kontakin sa cp ko.godbless and take care kabayan

magtatanong lng po tungkol sa sojourn period...kc po misis ko pumasok ng korea 2004 ng november...nag 3 yrs sya sa dating company at pinabalik sya ng dating company..kaya nga lng po release sya, after 3 mos. ang tanong ko po...kung cover sya sa another 3yrs...salamat po....

kabayan, pasok po sya sa additional 3 years. hindi po sya kasali s bagong law na 5 years sojourn kse nkablik na po sya.

ask ko lang po..3ys finish contract na po ako nxt yr march 2010.. kelan kelan po ba start ung cnasabi nilang 5yrs sajourn? kc po ung co worker ng friend ko,finish contruct po cla sa JANUARY 2010,sabi ng friend ko,uuwi nxt yr at bibigyan daw po cla ng re employment ng sajang nila... tanong ko po, "DI PO BA SILA SAKOP SA 5YRS SAJOURN?" confused lng po ako,kc po mas gusto ko ung dati na irere employ ka,kc +3yrs po,at mahaba bakasyon,d tulad sa bagong LAW ngayun,+2 yrs lang po...sana masagot nyo po tanong ko... salamat po....god blessed

kung yung friend mo ay naprocess ng 3 months before tha effectivity ng bagong batas ay sakop pa sila ng dating batas..pero kung ngayon lang sila magapply ay aabutin na sila ng new law na 5 years...ikaw sigurado na 5 years na abot ka kasi ng bagong batas..gustuhin mo man pero wala na tayo choice kundi sumunod sa batas nila..atleast sure na ang two years mo/..

opo +2 na lang...ang extension o straight na yan..haba pa yan so makapagipon ka agad...baka next year magpaexam pero wala pa date na sure ang klt satin...

Kabayan pwede ka umuwi at magbakasyon s pinas basta makiusap ka lng sa amo mo pra payagan ka. ang magiging treatment ng pag-uwi mo ay bakasyon lang.

kabayan pwede pa po tayo magapply sa poea..basta magpalipas lang po tayo ng 1 year..ay pwede na ulit tayo magparegister..so kung may balak tayo bumalik ay aralin natin magaling salita nila..at para na rin satin...at syempre laki advantage pag nagustuhan ka ng amo mo..para pagnagapply ka matawagan mo sya at maselect ka agad..pero ilang taon knb..kasi hanggang 38 lang pagmagapply ka ulit sa poea as eps
