Good afternoon po,
Gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng payo, patapos na po yong 1 year contract ko this August n gusto ko po sana lumipat ng work for some reasons like hindi sunday ang day-off ko, mahabang oras ng tabaho 8:30-7:00 pag day shift (10 1/2 hrs.) n 7:00-8:30 pag night shift (13 1/2 hrs), mabbang sahod (910,000 plus 100,000 food allowance) n wala po night diff. dito. Noon ko pa po gusto magsumbong sa labor kya lang pinipgilan ako ng mga co-workers ko kya ngdecide me n tapusin ko lang po contract me then alis na po ako. But nag-aalanganin po ako sa sitwasyon ngaun ng korea sa tingin po ba nyo makakahanap me ng work lalo pa't babae po ako. And di ba ako magiging illegal if saka lang ako aalis dito if tapos na 1 year visa ko? n makukuha ko ba ung toe jik guem ko? thanks....

karapatan u po habulin un mga nawawala kz syang un mga pinagpapaguran ntin d2 isa pa nsa kontrata ntin yan mga yan marami nawawala sau and hindi ka nmn magiging tnt kung makakakuha ka relis paper sa goyong,pro hintayin u na mag 1year ka jan pra may makuha ka na tejikom kz kung ngaun ka pa paparelis syang yun makuha u na benefits,after 1year u jan ska u ifile un mga reklamo u sa goyong.....

i agree to enaj answer... since malapit na po pala kayo mag-1 year sa company hintayin mo nalang for your "toejigeum" benefits but i suggest you should verify also kung naka-register ba talaga kayo sa Samsung Insurance... kasi I doubt if nagbabayad po ang amo ninyo for your Departure Guarantee Insurance or "toejigeum" kasi nga marami siya violations sa salary ninyo...

you may call Samsung Insurance at 02-2119-2400 (english) and ask your membership status...

in case hindi nagbayad ang amo ninyo, i-include mo na rin sa petition mo if naka 1-year ka na dyan... mahahabol mo rin yan...

thanks po, but i think nagbayad sila kasi may nakuha mga kasamahan ko na samsung but i will call pa rin to be sure. pano po yan mag-expire na rin po visa ko sa august yun nakalagay sa alien card if saka lang me parelease after that d ba me magiging tnt? what should i do?

what do you mean magexpire na ang visa mo? pang 3-years mo naba ngayon? if hindi pa, hindi po visa ang mag-eexpire but your employment contract only sa current company mo...

magparelease ka on the last day of your contract... pero dapat magpaalam ka sa amo mo one month before na ayaw mo nang magrenew ng contract... punta ka lang sa Labor Office (job center) para mabigyan ka ng release paper...

pag naka sign-up ka na ng new contract whether sa dating company mo pa rin or bagong company na, your alien card will also be updated... so may new date na naman ilagay sa likod according to 1-year employment contract (pang 2nd year mo dito sa Korea)... thanks...

follow-up lang what if di na tinapos ng sajang ung 1 year contract kahit gus2 pa tapusin ng tao ung 1 year contract para makuha ung toejekum, makukuha pa din ba ung toejekum kahit di na tapos ung contract dahil di na pinatapos ng sajang ung 1yr contract? thanksa mag re-reply...

regardless of the reasons why hindi natapos ang 1-year contract o hindi umabot ng 1-year sa company, hindi po talaga makukuha ang "toejigeum"...

in case ayaw tapusin ng employer ang 1-year contract nyo, it must be due to valid reasons such as company shutdown or workers negligence... but if hindi po valid ang reason, you can approach the Labor Office para ireklamo ang employer nyo for his unjustified termination of your contract... under Korean Labor Law, hindi po pwede na basta nalang i-release or i-terminate ang worker...

ininform ko na po yong amo ko n gusto ko magparelease pumayag naman po sya, pwede po ba d na magfile ng compalin as long na bigyan ako ng released paper and my toegikom? kasi po sabi ng nakausap ko kanina di pwede magmove if wala ako complain. Tumawag ako kanina sa nodungbu dito sa gwangju kaya lang di naman marunong mag-english yong nakausap ko kaya wala din. and kailan po ang end ng contract sa date ng pag-enter dito sa korea o sa first day-of work? thanks

nagbago po ang isip ng amo ko ayaw na po akong payagan na magparelease tinatakot po niya ako na if lilipat me ibang factory ipapapulis daw po nya ako and pauuwiin sa Pinas, ano po ang dapat kong gawin? saan po ba mababasa na pwedeng magparelease after 1 year contract para ipakita ko po sa kanya? marami pong salamat...

sistah kapag pumunta ka nmn sa job center at hindi sya marunong tumtawag cla sa main den ibbgay sau un pon pra sabhin un side mo tapos kakausapin ulit nla un sa main pra malaman un gus2 mo iparating sa knla,d2 po kz sa gumi fluent un guy sa english dun nmn sa nalipatan nmin nde rin xa marunong sa english kya gnagawa nya tatawag xa sa main pra may magtranslate....

gud pm po,,,,gusto ko rin po lumipat ng ibang kompanya,,,tanong lang po na pwde po b idahilan yung anfair na trato nila sa aming mga foreigner(weaguk saram)?,,kc po hindi parehas pag magbigay ng kompanya nmin ng bunos,,halimbawa po sa mga koreano(kasamahan nmin sa work) ay 500k won at sa amin mga foreigner ay 200k won,,,at may plus 1 day (32000 won) bonos per month ang mga koreano(kasamahan namin sa work) samantala sa amin mga foreigner ay zero as in wala tlga,,ang mga rason na ito ay pwde po idahilan sa paghingi ng relis paper?,,,tanong lang po..salamat kabayan

gud pm po....pmunta po kmi ng labor knina..cnabi nmin problema nmin..tpos pinag file po kmi ng complaint about s shod nmin kc po ngpaalam kmi sbi ng employer papupulis dw kmi tpos sbi nya din pauuwiin nlng nya kmi kaysa release tpos hhnap kmi ng ibang factory.....nttkot po kmi n bka gwan kami ng kwento pra mpauwi lng.....

un po plang na file nmin na complaint s labor pano po b un?kc sbi dun s labor ntay kmi 10 days pra s reply nila...pano po kelangan po b nmin ng lawyer?

mga kabayan share ko lng din ang experience ko sa change of workplace ko.kahit pala tapos na ang contract ang hirap pa din mag paalam.ang dami pang tanong ng ano kung bakit ayaw ko na mag sign ulit ng contract.ok na sana ang kalagayan ko kasi nag usap na kami ng amo ko na tatapusin ko lng contract ko.kampante na ako na tapusin ang contract ko kaya lang biglang nag bago ang isipan nya.sa apat na beses na akong kinausap na hindi na ako alis sa kanya ay hindi ako pumayag.kung dati may OT ako now tinanggal na nya kulang na lng paalisin na nya ako kung maari kaya lang wala lang kasi akong violation kaya hindi nya magawa.kaya naisip ko tuloy parang naghihiganti sya sa akin.kung sumunod lang sana sya sa RULES NG LABOR hindi sana ako aalis dito.ang masaklap pa nag demand ako about holiday and saturday OT,hindi nya binigay sa akin kaya lng sa maga kasamahan ko na pinoy dito binigay ngayon sa kanila.ako ang naghirap iba ang nakinabang pero ok lang siguro un ang kapalaran ko.

jessa ang alam ko kz marunong cla mag english jan sa labor kz nkapnta na aq dati jan sa job cnter jan sa kwangju...mrn aq fren jan sa kwangju if u want to call him sabihin mo lng name ko at cnbi ko kamo aq nagbgay ng number nya bksakali po mkatulong xa senyo kz matagal na xa jan sa place na yan.....

good afternoon po, pinagreport po kami kanina sa regional labor office about our complain magharap-harap sana kami ng amo namin kaso di sya sumipot taz tinawagan sya ulit nagset na naman ng schedule but what if d na nman sya sumipot ano na po mangyayari sa complain namin may pag-asa ba kami marerelease? sa august 12 na end contract namin pero di pa rin kami pinapayagan palipat. pls help naman di na namin alm gagawin namin, taz my work pa kasamahan ko nagreklamo eh dito pa naman po di basta nagpapaalam kasi di sila pumapayag.

ask ko lang po if may law na workers magpay sa room and miscellaneous bills kasi po sa contract namin said that our sajangnim will be the one to pay but now that we file a complain to labor because of contract violation he is forcing us to pay and it is 2,875,000 won for almost 1 year so hows that?

gud pm po mga kabayan!!!!ask ko lng po sna nka 3yrs na po ako at nakabalik na po dto sa korea gusto ko sna magparelis dto dhil sa di ko gusto ung mga koreano dto sa amin ang problema ko po nakaka 4months plang po ako buhat ng bumalik galing pinas ask ko po sna kung may makukuha ba akong toejekum kahit di ko natapos ung 1yr sa pang apat na taon ko dto sa compony ko..now plng nmn ako magpaparelis simula ng dumating po ako dto sa korea..........

ms. belen based on experience having been here for almost 4yrs TEOJIKUM is being given only if u hve completely finish ur 1yr contract in one company but if u r going to leave b4 ur contract expire even with only 1 day left u will not be entitled to that benefit. now with regard to the reason y u r leaving u have to give a more specific reason and not merely say you dnt like koreans der. although change of workplace is being allowed only by few specific extreme cases such as: physical abuse, salaries delayed for about 2-3 months or bankruptcy, reasons by light offenses can also be considered as long as ur employer will approve it. as i have said my opinion is based only on my own personal experience and knowledge the admin of this forum may have a more clear explanation but i hope my opinion could somehow help u analyze ur plan a little bit more. god bless kabayan!

kbayan belen nde po tlga pe2de yun na maging reason lng sa job center kelangan tlga malalim dahilan ng pagpapareles u jan,and nde ka pa po covered ng tejikom kz 1 year po tlga bgo u makuha un...tma po lht cnbi ni azy..
