good day mga kasulyap, tanong ko lang meron ba dito na nagwork na sa ibang country tapos di tinapos ang kontrata sa work, and nag apply ng CCVI sa korea? naissuehan ba kayo ng CCVI o na-denied? salamat!

agency wala ng nagpapaalis ng agency ngayon diba lahat ngayon poea na!! pwera nalang kung professional ka yun pwede ka agency

E-7 ang apply kong visa. Agency ang naglalakad sa akin. Inaalala ko eh hindi ako nkpagbigay ng COe kasi takas lng ako dun sa saudi alam nyo naman situation dun hehehe, pero nkapag bigay namn ako ng copy of saudi contract ko as requested naman ng ministry sa korea, para proof na nagwork ako sa ksa..

yun pa lam ko nga kailangan talaga ng coe kasi binalak ko rin mag apply dati ng e7 visa eh kaso masyadong masalimuot hehehe..daming hinihinging requirements

dumating na CCVI ko, thanks God! sa case ko 3 months kami naghintay. depende kasi sa company kung gano kabilis magprocess at mag file ng documents at saka ibibigay sa ministry of justice or hi-korea. pag nag search ka sa ibang website at forums eh 1-4 weeks ang processing ng visa, well ang masasabi ko eh normal processing un. minsan kasi nahingi ng additional requirements ang MOJ kaya minsan natatagalan. sinabi sa amin ng employer namin na madaming hininging additional documents ang MOJ sa part nila at pati na din sa mga foreign employees. kala ko nga eh hindi na matutuloy kasi sa sobrang tagal ng paghihintay, dapat lang eh laging ina-update ang agency at employer. kapag wala naman problema, less than a month marereceive din ang CCVI.
