happy new year po mga kasulyap ask ko lng po kung paano po ba ang computation ng taejikum sa case ko. tapos na po ako ng 3yrs sa august 2012 wala po kaming taejikum dati dahil 4 employees kami since nag start po ung bagong law regarding sa taejikum which is nung jan 2011.ang makukuha ko po bang taejikum is 1yr and 8months or 1 yr lng? tinanong ko po kasi sajang ko sabi ni 1 yr lng daw po..tapos na po 2nd sojourn period ko sa aug2012..
