MY ANNIVERSARY SPEECH! Smile

It seems not too long ago when i dreamed of working overseas... And here i am, a year ago has gone by so fast. I have to thank those who helped me before but i will not get tired of expressing my gratitude to them- to our Lord above, for never failing to answer my prayers. To my mother, my siblings and relatives who gave me encouragement. To my instructors Sir Randy and ...Ma'm Cisty at Hanjin Korean Language Center. To Juken Sangyo family, Gerrys Subic family , Sulyapinoy.org Family. And to my inspiration, my motivation to go on and not give up- my two boys Kharll Pete Zedrick and Kyle Zander.

Living and working abroad is a different and a whole lot new experience. I can say i found myself here. You know the saying, 'You'll be strong if strong is the only choice you have.'? It's true. I am stronger now in many ways. Wiser too. I realized the meaning of being a good father, to prioritize my responsibility to my two kids above anything else. I have learned to forego gambling and manage what little funds i have well.

I learned to value and cherish my work. Would you believe if i say i have worked through the whole year without a single absence?! I know it's hard to imagine considering that in my last job, i can hardly complete a week's work without fail. He he.

Another thing, is that i am stronger and wiser now when it comes to , ahem.. lovelife Very Happy

I realize you could be happy in spite of being single. It's true! It is. Believe me, please? (",)

I also want to thank my friends here. To AYUNGIN FAMILY, POONGCHUN FAMILY , TROPANG ICHEON and TROPANG GAPO. It's not easy when you're new in a foreign land, trying to speak in a foreign tongue. Nosebleed, seriously. But they helped me pull through. They made life easier and brighter Smile

Learning Korean language is not an easy plight. You have to make it your goal to learn. I pursued learning and am continuously striving to speak their language better. Now i can say that i am, if not very good, at least better than before in communicating with them Smile

I hope my second year here will be a lot better. I hope to do better at work. And, just like everybody's wish, I aim to save enough to start a little business when i go back to our homeland, the Philippines. As they say, 'Home is where the heart is.' ^^

Nice Speech! parang kelan lang tol nung nasa poea tayo nagttraining habulan sa pila para magbayad para lang mapasama sa Nov 3 flight hehehe..naka 1 year na tayo, at magbabakasyon na ako this month hehehe..MABUHAY!
