A Message from POLO/OWWA - Phil Embassy - South Korea to all EPS:

Please be reminded that based on existing guidelines in the issuance of Balik Manggagawa Certificate / OEC, EPS workers on release are not eligible to be issued an Overseas Employment Certificate or OEC.

This reminder is issued to avoid any confusion in the issuance of an OEC.

ibig bang sabihin nito na hindi pwedeng magbakasyun habang nakarelease...paano po ung nagparelis na buntis at balak umuwi ng pinas para dun manganak..ano po bang requirements sa pagkuha nito gayong tinanggal na po ang re-entry.

Ok po maliwanag po sakin yon memo about OEC on eps worker na nakarelease, ang tanong don sa hindi naka release na kukuha ng oec ano po ang kailangan dalhin requirements para makakuha. salamat po in advance sa sagot na nakaka alam.

mga kabayan,

mga requirements for OEC/balik manggagawa

-- passport (photocopy)
-- air ticket (date of arrival and departure)
-- 1x1 picts ( 2 copies)
-- application form at the office
-- if you have new passport, also bring your old passport

(optional your ID number of PhilHealth/SSS/GSIS)

last year may nakasabay ako pauwi ng pinas pinay sya na nakarelease magbabakasyon ang hinanap lang sa kanya ng immigration eh yung kanyang release paper tapos ok na

kabayan dericko,

ang kadahilanan po ayon po sa Labor Law, ang release time kung saan meron tau 3 months para maghanap ng work ay maghanap lamang pong work, hindi po ito oras o panahon na tayo ay magbakasyon ito ay ayon sa batas, dati po kc pinapayagan para mag bakasyon ngun ayon sa bagong info from POLO/OWWA sa kadahilanang wala po taung Company name, kung saan release po tau, sa OEC info nilalagay kung ano company at address at position ng work, if release po tau, nsa floating period..

kabayan last year po iyon, at this week lamang po ito implemented para sa lahat ng kukuha ng OEC na on-release...

ayos yang balitang yan, dapat noon pa nila ginawa yan....dapat dagdagan pa nila ung batas,ung mga relis na ang dahilan ay mahirap ang trabaho kaya nagparelis, tapos ay nagbakasyon pa sa pinas ay wag na pabalikin d2 sa korea...
