Ayon po sa atin napag alaman ay hindi pwede gawin basehan ng pagpa release ang personal na away.Ang mga basehan na pwede tayo magpa release ay ang mga sumusunod:


1. Na closed or bankcrupt ang company nyo
2. Hindi ka pinasahod ng at least 2 months
3. Sinaktan ka pisikal or verbal at iba pa maliban sa personal na away
