may kaibigan po ako na six years contract nya it means nakabalik sya after 3 years vacation,so another 3 years, sa tatlong taon nya naka dalawa po sya ng release at kada pirma nya ng kontrata sa nililipatan nyang kumpanya ay nababawasan ang tatlong taon na visa nya, so ito pong huli nyang kumpanya ay pumirama sya uli 1 year at may natitira pa syang 5 months, so pagkataps ng kontrata nya na 1 year, yong 5 months po ba na natitira pwede po ba sya uli na papirmahin kahit limang taon na lang natitira sa visa nya? kasi po di ba 1 year lagi ang contrata na pinipirmahan sa labor? o di kaya ay uuwi na sya kasi di na sya pwedeng pumirma dahil kulang na ang working visa nya? sana matugunan nyo po ang katanungan ko pong ito,salamat and godbless.

bak limang buwab natitira ibig mong sabihin..ako last 2009 nagkareseston bale 5 months na lang visa ko nu nakakuha pa ako trabaho..akala ko swerte kc sabi sakin irerencontrct daw ako ng 3 yrs,kaso sila rin tinaman ng resesyon,,ayun nanngyari sakin tinaman ng lintek..umuwi sa pinas ng wla sa oras...pero sinuwerte pa rin at nakabalik last oktober this year.
