as long as na tuloy tuloy yung pasok mo, hindi maantala yung hulog mo sa tejikum, saka yung seperation pay mo mas malaki kung ikukumpara sa lumipat dahil sa nasayang ng oras o panahon during their release time, kunwaari 3 years and 11months ka sa kumpanya, tapos lumipat ka, 3 years lang yung makukuha mo kasi nagbabase sila sa by year...

regarding sa tejikum i dont think yearly basis ang computation. As long na naka isang taon ka sa company, then entitled na tayong makatangap. if ever na di natin na kumpleto ang another year in that company. then averaged basis na ang computation..ex. 3 yrs.& 11 mo. then 3 yrs & 11 mos. then ang computation..just refer to sir dave computation..hope this one would help. merry christmas mga kabayan.

medyo hindi ako agree dito kc wala pong mga nakasulat sa migrant workers manual para mapatunayan ito. nag inquire yung kasama ko noon na umuwi ng pinas dahil sa health problem.. 5 days lang ang kulang para mabuo ang 1 year..and according sa suwon labor.. di sya qualified sa tigicom. may mga kumpanya na nagcoconsidered ng ganito even na hindi kumpleto ng 1 year ang work..nagbibigay ng tigicom ang kumpanya. kahit po sa FEWA officer sa hyewa,nasubukan kong mag inquire noon..at ang kanilang sinabi ay maige na tapusin nalang ang 1 year para siguradodi sigurado dahil may kumpanya na kahit 1 day lang..di nagbibigay

QUESTION: I quitted my work after working for 1 and 1/2 year. How can I calculate my retirement allowance ( Toe Jik Guem) ?


ANSWER: Severance Pay / Retirement Allowance ( Toe Jik Guem)- is
paid in the amount of average wages of 30 days for working period of 1
year. Therefore, you can be paid with an average wages for 45 days. 30 days for 1 year and 15 days
for 6 months. To calculate the exact retirement allowance, you should
know the exact average wages. Average wage is calculated the ( total amount of wages for 3 months prior to retirement divided by total days for 3 months)



EXAMPLE:
Juan dela Cruz worked in a company from January 1, 2006 to June 30,
2007 . He was paid as follows: 1,000,000 won in April, 1,100,000 won in
May and 1,200,000 won in June.


Average wages
- [
1,000,000 won in April 1,100,000 won in May 1,200,000 in June ] /
[30 days( April) 31 days( May) 30 days( June)] = 36,264 won



Severance Pay/ Retirement Allowance - 36,264 won x 45 days = 1,631,880 won - (Juan received 1,631,880 won)

computation ito ni sir dave dito sa sulyapinoy, kaya dito ko rin ni refer ang sagot ko. hope nakatulong mga kabayan..at di na tau malilito.

after finish ng contract 6yrs,,ano ano po b lht ang nkukuhang benifits ng isang EPS,,2lad ng tegikom,,kookmin,,tsaka yung 400won n samsung daw,,,ano p po ba mreresib ntin ,,,kc po ako ng nka 3 yrs ako,,,nkuha ko s kookmin 3.2milyon won 400 n binayaran ntin dti,,tsaka my dumating s akin n 2.2milyon won n s pagkakaalam ko samsung,,kc di nmn po ako marunong magbasa ng hangguk,,,ang irereklamo ko sna mga kbbya bkit 700 won lng ang naging tegikom ko s loob ng 3 yrs,,,,rereklamo ko sna kya lng d2 p din ako nagtratrabaho hanngang ngaun ,,kc bka n nmn m2lad ngaun another 3yrs ko mttps po kc ako s 2012,,ang masama p nito yung huli kong sahod last 3years ko doon nila cnma yung tegikom ko,,pra cguro pag nagreklamo ako ssbhin nila yung ang tegikom ko,,,,,magulang ang amo ko mga kbbyan,,,sna m2lunga ninyo ako kung knino dpt lumapit pra ms maintindian ko at cno dpt twagan n mkkpagpaliwanag s akin pilipino n nkakaalam s ganitong sitwasyon ,,,SALAMAT MGA KBBYAN GODBLESSSSSSSS

yun nga lang ang problema.. nabasa ko rin ito sa kabilang thread. ang problema.. wala tayong basehan kundi ito lang. wala pa akong nahahawakang workers manual na galing sa labor tungkol dito. paano natin maipapaliwanag sa ating mga amo kung walang papel na kasulatan with korean character para maniwala ang mga amo. at pano ako maniniwala na mismo ang labor sa suwon, sinasabi na hindi pwedeng makakuha ng buong tigicom ang kasama ko na umuwi na dahil kulang ng ilang . ang kanyang nakuha lang ay yung isang taon lang.

sa tingin ko..depende sa kumpanya ito kung galante at may pagpapahalaga sa tao yung amo. baka nasa amo na yata ito kung bigyan ka ng extra bonus.

kabayan kung ano po ang makukuha ng iba EPS according to labor law yun din po ang dpat na makuha ninyo.if in case may additional na binigay ang company that is because loyal kau sa company but not mandated by law!
