CONFUSE....

dear FEWA,
good day to all here...
pls give me answer... confuse lang ako kasi uuwi kmi ng boyfriend ko s pinas, para magpakasal and ako di n babalik kasi last sojourn ko at end n din ng contract ko nxt month...so bali ang problema yong fiance ko babalik p cya kc may 8 months p cya to para matapos ang 6 yrs nya.pinayagan nmn cya ng amo nya kaya lng nong binigay nya passport nya at ticket tpos after 1 week binalik s kanya wala nmn tatak ng re entry, so sabi ko s fiance ko kuha nlng cya ng re entry papers s amo nya n may sign...di kinausap nya ang amo kahapon lng 2ngkol don ang sabi nnmn ng amo nya oky lng dw kasi nga dw ang end p nya s ARC nya nxt year p....possible b yon mga kabayan ano b dapat nmin gawin? kc s pag kakaalam ko dapat mayron re entry papers s ipapakita s incheon immigration n galing s amo,bgo don n tatatakan yong passport...eh ang kaso oky lng ng oky ang amo ng fiance ko... Pano kya to mga k FEWA? Sad

mam gud am po..dapat po ay nagpatatak sya ng reentry sa imigration bago sya nagpunta sa pinas...pwede yung iprocess sa imigration kung san kayo malapit o kaya ay sa airport mismo..at magbabayad kayo ng 30000won....its essential po talaga...dahil may ilang cases na talgang hindi na nakabalik ng korea ..dahil sa di nakapagpatatak ng reentry..sad to say baka ganyan din ang mangyari sa bf mo..dahil wala syang tatak e...minsan dapat nagiging makulit tayo sa mga ganyang bagay..kasi yung ibang mga koreans ay limited lang din ang kaalaman sa mga laws about visa.....

anyway di pa kmi nakakalabas ng korea nxt month p ang uwi nmin,...so pede n pl s incheon airport nlng magpatatak ng re entry di n b hahanapan ng papers n galing s amo...kc bk pag punta nmin don di p din tatakan yong passport nya maiwan p cya n plane...hehehe...tnx alot h...

hahanapan po kayo ng letter galing sa amo nyo.
sa pagKAKAalam ko po kung hindi nagkamali,
hindi po ng bibigay ng reentry ang immigration pag
wala ng isang taon ang natitira sa contract mo.

o Cultural Arts(D-1), Student(D-2), Industrial training(D-3), General training(D-4), Journalism(D-5), Religious Affairs(D-6), Supervisory Intra-company transfer(D-7), Corporate Investment(D-, Trade Management(D-9), Job Seeking(D-10), Professorship(E-1), Foreign language instructor(E-2), Research(E-3), Technological Transfer(E-4), Professional Employment(E-5), Arts & Performance(E-6), Special Occupation(E-7), Non-professional Employment(E-9), Vessel Crew(E-10), Family Visitation(F-1), Residential(F-2), Dependent Family(F-3)
o Miscellaneous(G-1), Working Holiday(H-1), Working visit(H-2) status

□ Conditions
o The re-entry permit will be exempt for registered foreigners seeking to depart Korea and re-enter within one year.
※ If the period of stay is less than one year, the exemption is valid for the duration of the period of stay.
o Exemption for the permanent residents(F-5) re-entering Korea will remain valid for two years after their departure date.

□ Exception

starting dec.1,2010,wala na pong re-entry sa mga balak umuwi sa pinas,,may itatatak lang sa passport nyo yong sojourn period nyo dito sa korea,,kung hanggang kelan po kayo at wala na rin pong bayad.Godbless!

miss marianne...starting dec.01,2010 legal workers here in korea can exit and re-enter korea without any re-enrty permit,

[b]ANNOUNCEMENT

The Philippine Embassy was informed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea on the notice by Korea Immigration Service, Ministry of Justice regarding exemption from re-entry permit for foreigners upon arrival and departure from the Republic of Korea.

According to the Korea Immigration Service, the re-entry permit system has been revised to provide convenience for foreign residents in Korea.

Filipino residents of Korea with valid passports and alien registration cards, are free to enter and depart from Korea without a re-entry permit for one year within their permitted period of stay on visa. If the period of stay is less than one year, the exemption is valid for the duration of the period of stay. In the case of permanent residents (F-5), their exemption will remain valid for two years after their departure date.

The exemption on re-entry permit takes effect on Wednesday, 01 December 2010.

wag po sya lalabs ng korea ng walang re entry kc yun ang hahanapin ng imigration pag papasok na sya uli dito. baka mamaya nyan hindi n sya maka balik sayang naman po yung 8mos pa nya.

sa mga kababayan na e-9 visa eto po ang complete info:
1. kasali po ang e-9 visa sa exemption ng re- entry permit.
2. may itinatatak pa din sa passport pero hindi na re-entry kundi "sojourn period" or validity ng alien card mo.
3. effective for 1yr po yan pero kung mag stay ka lang sa pinas ng 1month pagbalik mo d2 sa korea revoked na yung 1yr.
4. hindi mo na kailangan ang letter of permission ng employer. passport, alien card at plane ticket lng pede k ng dumiretso sa airport, dun na rin tatatakan ang passport mo.
5. di mo na kailangang pumunta sa immigration to apply for re-entry dahil wala na ngang re-entry, sasabihin lng sayo na sa airport ka na tatatakan.
6. pede pong bumakasyon ang naka floating or release as long as hindi pa ubos ang 3months na temporary visa from labor office. at kung babakasyon nmn cguraduhin lng n mkkblik ka before maubos ang 3months mo dahil baka magka problema ka.
7. cgurado pong makakabalik kau d2 dahil may itatatak nga sa passport nyo na ipapakita nyo sa poea for balik manggagawa.
8. wala pong bayad ito na 3manwon
9. wag po nating gawin ito na dahilan para sa pagbalik natin e mag tnt nmn tau, wag po nating abusuhin ang magandang pribilehiyo na ibinibigay sa atin ng korean govt.
10. lets all pray for peaceful negotiation between north & south korea and lets spend our christmas in the philippines with our family.

un pinsan ko uuwi bukas hindi nia na kailangan ang reentry galing sa immigration or kahit sulat ng amo yahoooo galing masmadaling magbakasyon

kya sis ok lang un makakabalik ka pa din kasi un contrata mo eh meron pang natitira hehehehhe
