[b] Gandang Hapon sa lahat, pano po kaya sa case ko? Dati po akong EPS batch 17, nakaalis noong Dec. 14 ng 2005 papuntang korea, bali 5 months po ako sa company ko sa incheon, at tumakas na po ako ng May 2006, nag TNT po ako til Dec., nag voluntary exit po ako at umuwi ng DEC 24.2006. bali 1 yr n 10 days po ako sa Korea al in all. noong umuwi po ako may tatak sa passport ko na 67-(1). bali ibig sabihin nito Recommendation for Departure wala pang order, di po ako nahuli, nag voluntary exit po ako. Bali sa ngayon po nag nag-aantay po ako para sa exam ng 7th KLT. kung sakaling makapasa, wala po kaya akong magiging problema pagbalik dun, di po kaya ako ma A to A. same name po at tunay kung name ang gagamitin ko noon parehas po ngayon. makikita po kaya sa records ko un sa immigration sa korea. di po kaya ako mainterrogate. saka almost 5 years na po nakakaraan un at voluntary exit po ako. saka 1 yr n 10 days lng po ako sa korea. sana po makapag advice kayo, salamat po sa inyong lahat.... Gamsahamnida!!!!

kabayan halos 6 months k lng pla ng TNT.... at 2006 k p ng voluntary exit.. sa tingin ko lng ha.. tapos n un entry ban mo. depende nlng tlaga yan sa pgaasikaso ng poea, HRD, at korean embassy ,sa papers mo.

Article 67. (Recommendation of Departure)
(1) In case an alien sojourning in the Republic of Korea falls under any of the following
Subparagraphs, the chief of the office or branch office may recommend him to voluntarily
depart from the Republic of Korea.
1. A person who has violated the provisions of Article 17 or Article 20 and the degree
of whose offense is low.
2. A person, who has violated this Law or order under this Law, and whose departure
is deemed necessary to be recommended by the Minister of Justice.
(2) The chief of the office or branch office shall, upon making a departure recommendation
in accordance with Paragraph (1), issue a written departure recommendation.
(3) In case of issuing a written departure recommendation as prescribed in Paragraph (2), the
period to leave the country may be designated within the range of five days from the date
of recommendation.

Article 17. (Sojourn and Activity Scope of Alien)
(1) An alien may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the scope of the status and
period of his sojourn.
(2) An alien sojourning in the Republic of Korea shall not engage in political activities.
(3) In case an alien sojourning in the Republic of Korea is engaged in political activities,
the Minister of Justice may order in writing to suspend such activities or other necessary
measures.

Article 20. (Activities Other Than Those Under the Status of Sojourn)
In case an alien sojourning in the Republic of Korea intends to engage in any activities
corresponding to other status of sojourn in parallel with those corresponding to his status of
sojourn, he shall obtain permission on the activities other than those under his status of
sojourn from the Minister of Justice in advance.

magandang hapon kabayan, maraming salamat, bali nakatatak sa passport ko ay 67-1, ibig sabihin ay recommendation lng ako for departure wala pang order.. ang aking alien card noon ay valid for 1 year, Dec.14, 2005 - dec.14, 2006, umuwi ako ng Pilipinas ay DEC 24. 2006, so bali parang 10 days lang ang aking pag TNT.. sa tingin mo kabayan, makikita pa nila ang record. sana maging patas lang ang POEA sa pag ayos ng papeles. at hindi po ako maaya sa mga nabasa ko dito na di na nailagay sa rooster ng applicant ang papeles, voluntary man o nahuli... sana maipaliwanag sa kanila kung bakit di na cla na issuance ng visa... Gamsahamnida!!!
