To all concern:
We worked in the company from Nov3,2007 - Oct.28,2009.1 year binigay na sa amin ang toejikeum.Then ung remaining hindi n kmi binigyan.Kelangan b nmin kunin kc ang dahilan d kmi umabot ng 2 years.Tnx a lot.

yan din ang case ng kasama ko. pero bro.. kahit sa labor..pag kulang ka ng kahit isang araw..di mo talaga makukuha. nasa sajang yan..meron kasing mga sajang na mabait na considered na magbigay ng tigicom kahit kulang ng 1 araw. ako noon, nung 1st sojourn ko.. umuwi ako ng dec. kahit jan 10 pa ang sojourn ko..pero buo yung bigay sakin na 3 years.

tama po kau... if you have worked in the company for more than 1-year, you should get the corresponding toijikeum of the remaining months even hindi complete na 1-year...

so kung kulang po yung nareceive ninyo you should file a complain at the local labor office...

tama,basta lagpas k ng 1 yr,hkit 2 days lng kulang nyo b4 2 yrs,automatic bayad un,if ever kulang k ng 1 day or 2 days sa 1 yr contract mo,dun wala k mkukuha,basta lumagpas k ng 1 yr and more a months dap[at bbgay un
