Mga kasulyap.. ilang taon ba pwede magstay ang eps sa korea. yung mga eps from 2006 to 2009, 3+3= 6 years. yung mga bago , 4 years at 10 month daw. kasama na rito yung mga agency na naging eps. yung mga galing ba ng agency na adopted ng eps , ilang taon ba dapat sa korea.meron kc na mag lilimang taon na sa february. sakop ba sila ng 6 years?

@ Sir Bhenshoot, as I recall during PEOS, last 2009, diko nalang po natandaan ung exact month, nagkaroon po ng Revision regarding EPS worker. 1+2+2 po ngayon ang contract set up.

Ang magiging cover po nito ay yung umalis last year of the specific month up to present po.

Yan lang po yung aking pagkakaalam na nakuha kopo during PEOS.

actually po ,di ata aabot ng 5 years, to be exact po, nabanggit ng ambassador is 4years ang 10 months. pero yung mga dating agency na adopted ng e-9 visa na mag 5 years na next year, ano ang sitwasyon nila. kasama ba sila sa 6 years. yung best friend ko kc sinabihan na ng amo na 5 years lang cila. actually, halos magkasabay lang kami dumating sa korea, pero galing sya sa agency, sabay din kami na issuehan ng ccvi for 2nd sojourn. kaya lang, sa ngayon, di ko alam na di daw sila sakop ng 6 years?

ganyan din ang sitwasyon ng tanong ko? naginquire ako sa hyewa, ang sabi nga, 5 years daw sila sa korea dahil adopt nga lang daw ng eps ang mgagaling agency na dating industrial trainee visa. 2009 ng march po sila nakabalik ng korea for second sojourn. so sinasabi na meron pa daw silang 1 year and 10 months. totoo ba ito
