Hi and Good day po sa inyo, since wala po akong nakikitang sumasagot sa tanong nyo,
though this is just my personal opinion, as long as below 38 years old, capable to work, and clean record, I think you can work in korea again, the only way you can apply is thru poea, for more info click this link
