ang salary increase ay depende po yan sa employer at performance ng isang worker... sa batas kasi, only minimum wage is required... if an employer will give more than the current minimum wage, then it's their prerogative to decide sa amount...

sir meron po bang case na wala sa minimum wage ang sweldo ng isang ofw jan sa korea? for example below minimum cya? db dapat pag cnbing minimum wage dapat dn baba pa dun? pls paki answer po thanks

may mga case d2 sa korea na mas mababa sa minimum wage ang sweldo pero hindi tama yon sa labor law ng korean. nangyayari kc yon sa mga bagong pasok sa korea na wala pang alam sa labor law ng korea, pero in case na mababa pa sa minimum wage ang sweldo mo pwede kang magreklamo sa labor office . kaya bago pumirma ng contract tingnan muna kung magkano pinirmahan . then kapag hindi tinupad ng amo ang napagkasunduan lapit na kayo sa labor office ng nagkakasakop na lugar. hopely makatulog,,,, afro

tama yun mag reklamo ang mga hindi tama ang pinirmahan kesa sa actual na salary pero dapat din nmn na performance level ang work para kahit mag reklamo okie lng
