Sir Dave, good pm po, ask lang po kung anong dapat gawin, ung kakilala ko po eh last week lang dumating Aug. 24, yung trabaho nya eh expose sya sa chimical sobra daw tapang (toxic ba) kaya nahihirapan daw syang huminga lalo na pag natutulog sya, gusto nyang magparelease kc di nya kaya dun, kaya lang ang problem eh, 1-week pa lang sya, wala pa syang ARC, ano po ang dapat gawin....salamat po

kabayan, hanggat wala sa grounds ang dahilan ng pagpaparelis malabo na marelis siya ng employer nya..dpende na lng yan sa usapan ng amo nya kung irerelis ba siya o hndi

eto po ang tatlong grounds para magparelis

1. 2mos. delayed salary

2. physical abuse/maltreatment

3. close company or bankrupt

medyo mahirap ng kaunti kung bago pa lang sya ganyan din dati kong case mahirap ang work at delikado pero d po dahilan yun para mag pa release tama po yung tatlo nabanggit na maga dahilan.kc khit dalin nyo sa labor at ang rason lang ay delikado at mabho yung chemical ang advise lang ng labor dyan ay mag provide ng mga safety equipment ang company.pero kung may nararamdaman ka sa katawan mo na d mabuti mas maigi na pumunta sa doktor pa check up at kung may medical findings na nagkasakit ka dhil sa mag chemical sa company mo.puedeng reason yon para ma release.ganyan ang ginawa ko sana maka2long

ganon po pla yun sir khit hirap n s pag hinga hndi p din grounds yun pra magpa release..? nako anong klaseng chemical kya yun? bka harmful s human yun ah.. wg nman sna. hnd kya pg nagpa tgal p cia don eh magkaron n cia ng permanent damage s lungs or what.

bka mging 4 D n yun ah.. difficult, dirty, dangerous.. deadly. joke

maganda nyang gawin is makipag usap muna sa amo nya....kasi bago lng siya sa company eh..baka malabong ireles...

tsaka ilang weeks pa lng siya at walang ARC...pag hndi pumayag ang amo nya tawag na lng siya sa Seoul Global Center, un ang center n nagbibigay tulong sa mga foreign workers..slamat

kabayan,

tell your friend na sabihin sa employer niya na magprovide sila ng safety working equipments... if ayaw magprovide at nakakaapekto talaga sa health nya ang baho ng chemical, huwag hayaan magkasakit siya... pwede siya magreklamo sa labor na walang tamang safety equipments ang company... nasa batas po yan "Industrial Safety and Health Act"...

kahit sabihin natin na 3D jobs ang EPS but hindi po ibig sabihin na hayaan nalang natin ang trabaho na maging dahilan para magkasakit tayo... or hayaan natin ang employer na ayaw magbigay ng tamang safety equipments...

pumunta tayo ng Korea para magtrabaho at kumita at hindi para magkasakit...

tell you friend, better pumunta siya ng labor office... if mahihirapan siya kasi bago pa siya dito, ask helpfrom any migrant center...
