totoo po ba na pag natapos mo ang 3 yrs at reniew na 1 yr and 10 months sa loob ng isang company..pwede pa makabalik ng 3 basis sa parehong company din? thank you......

Opo nga please advise po. Kasi sa November 7 naka schedule po na mag exam kami ng korean language kami po ay sa incheon 15 po kaming pinoy sa kumpanya pero 10 kaming pinalad na pakukuhanin ng exam dahil yung requirements daw po dapat naka 5 years and up sa kumpanya at pinagbabayad kami ng 40K won for taking the exam this coming november 7 pag naipasa daw po ay f2 visa na kami. mismong kumapanya namin ang nakikipag ugnayan sa immigration. kung hindi po totoo bakit my schedule kami ng exam?

wala kc akong idea about this but isa sa mga kasama ko na koreano ang nag sabi sakin na if matapos ko ang 5 yrs..sa isang company makakabalik ako 3 times.....need ko lang daw gawin magtanong sa labor ...thanks kabayan....

ceshelly, paconfirm mnua natin kila sir dave yan kasi wala pa sila reply baka hindi pa din sure yan kasi my kahirapan daw ang exan na yun for residence na din yata yung visa, sana magreply sila dito.

Opo nga please advise po. sensya na if now lang nakapagreply... sobrang busy po kasi the past days... kakatawag ko lang sa immigration and asked about sa clarification nyo na pwede bang i-convert ang E-9 visa into F-2 visa after nakapagtake at pumasa ng Korean language exam... ang sabi po ng nakausap ko, HINDI PO PWEDE MANGYARI YAN... KASI F2 VISA IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR FOREIGNERS WHO GOT MARRIED TO KOREAN NATIONALS...

actually yan po ang lagi kong sagot sa iba pang mga nagtatanong dito sa sulyap website because nabasa ko na po dati ang description ng F2 visa sa immigration website... but minabuti kong tumawag sa immigration kasi sabi nyo employer ang nagsasabi sa exam nyo...

now, if doubtful pa rin kayo, i really suggest you to contact directly to immigration office at 02-1345...

i need some help and guidelines..may madali po bang paraan na kumuha ng working visa?tsaka pwede po ba kumuha ng working visa kung lang agency or di pa nakhanap ng work sa korea...balak ko po kasi maghanap ng work sa korea pero nalamn ko hindi pla pwede mgahanap ng work sa koreapag tourist visa lang ang hawak..plzzz help... No

i need some help and guidelines..may madali po bang paraan na kumuha ng working visa?tsaka pwede po ba kumuha ng working visa kung lang agency or di pa nakhanap ng work sa korea...balak ko po kasi maghanap ng work sa korea pero nalamn ko hindi pla pwede mgahanap ng work sa koreapag tourist visa lang ang hawak..plzzz help...

there are two possible ways to get work in Korea legally...

1) Under E-9 Visa (unskilled job, 3D Jobs) thru POEA (take and pass EPS-KLT exam)... meron upcoming sked for KLT registration sa Sept. 20~23 for Nov. 14 exam... for more info, visit www.poea.gov.ph...
2) Under E-7 Visa (skilled job such as engineers, office staff, etc...)... need to look for an employer in Korea first either thru agency, internet, or friends in Korea...

what if sir kung nakahanap ako ng work sa korea as a tourist is there possible na tulongan ako ng employer ko namakakuha ng working visa dun mismo sa korea?kc po sabi ng tita ko nairecommend na po niya ako sa boss niya kung san xa nawowork as factory worker..mukhang maliit lang ung company kaya pinapa apply na muna ko sa korean embassy as tourist visa.. tnx po....

if factory worker, dapat dumaan ka muna sa POEA under EPS... wala pong ibang employment visa for unskilled job except E-9 Visa unless asawa ka ng isang Korean national... so kahit tutulungan pa po kayo ng Korean employer, wala ring magagawa but to come back to the Philippines and apply sa POEA under EPS...

pero if your work is skilled like engineer or office staff and the company is qualified to hire such positions, wala pong problema... anytime you can apply for E-7 visa...

no need na ang agency... you should apply sa POEA directly... for more details visit www.poea.gov.ph

Maraming salamat po Sir Dave! Iclarify po namin sa office sa kumpanya namin this November 7 kasi naka schedule kami for exam every sunday binigyan kami ng training for korean language. salamat po ulit ng marami sana po wag kayong magsawa sa makukulit na tulad namin hehe..More Power!
