Number one sa REKLAMO ang Filipino kumpara sa ibang lahi dito sa korea kahit medyo maliit na diperensya at pwede na sikmurain irereklamo pa meron pa nga kahit walang grounds ang reklamo magrereklamo pa rin matuloy lang ang gusto... ang ma RELEASE.

RELEASE number one ang Filipino sa RELEASE ang mga rason hmm mahaba haba ito wag mapikon kung tatamaan ka.

1. Naiingit sa sweldo ng kaibigan o kamag anak na nandito sa Korea.
2. Gusto makasama ang kaibigan o kamag anak sa iisang kumpanya.
3. Ang malapit lapit sa kabihasnan para naman mapalapit sa mga gimikan, aquarium, club etc..
4. Ayaw sa trabaho dahil nadudumihan, nasisira ang kapogian, kagandhan (kung meron man)
5. Nabibigatan sa trabaho.
6. Masyado daw mahaba ang oras kahit binabayaran naman ng tama ng amo.
7. Hindi makasundo ang mga kasama sa trabaho.
8. Ayaw ng mga TNT, Ilocano, Kapampangan, Bisaya (no offense with Northern Province brothers pero may ganitong rason.
9. Gusto ng may babaeng kasama.
10. Pangit ang pabahay hindi aircon, nasa labas ang shower.
11. Walang bonus, maliit magbigay ng bonus (galing)
12 Gusto lang talaga ma experience ang marelease.


Ang RESULTA ang mababang RATINGS ng Filipino workers dito sa Korea pang 4 na lang po ang Filipino sa prepared choice ng mga Korean employers so ang chances na makabalik o marehire pag patapos na ang kontrata eh 50-50, worst doon sa mga umaasa makarating ng Korea na nasa waiting list ng POEA so, wag kayo magtaka kung di pa kayo natatawagan kahit naipasa na ang papel nyo sa HRD.

Lahat na nabangit na rason eh may solusyon kung nag-iisip lang tayo ng ikakabuti ng pangkalahatan hindi pang sarili lang.

Una bago ka pumirma dapat inaalam mo ang trabaho, pabahay at lugar hindi po ba?
(so walang kasalanan ang amo mo kung doon nya pinatayo ang factory nya at lalong walang kasalan ang amo mo kung ganon ang klase ng trabaho ang itinayo nya)

Pangalawa, pwede mo kausapin ang amo mo sa mga grievances, wrong labor practice, benefits etc.

Pangatlo, kung talagang hindi mo masikmura di hintayin mo ang tapos ng kotrata mo ito ang best way ng pag paparelease walang kaba kaba, walang tanong tanong.

Huwag na natin paabutin sa punto na aayawan at papalitan tayo ng mga employers at may mga nangyayari ng ganito pakiusap alam natin lahat na ang Filipino magaling sa trabaho hindi sa REKLAMO.

kabayan pwede un basta sabihin mo lng na hndi kna magsa sign ng contract mo.. kahit ayaw pumayag ng amo mo just go on ur nearest labor center then just show ur ARC at sabihin mo na hndi kna kamo pipirma ng contract.

Thanks to your positive response but i will appreciate it kung magbibigay kayo unsolicited advice sa mga kapwa natin Filipino na nagbabalak mag parelease without valid reason or kaya pang ayusin ang grievances na nirereklamo nila internet or forum like this is just a small way of giving information hindi naman kasi lahat nag oonline mag online man petty issues ang pinagkakaabalahan or nonsense at all.

thank you for posting your opinion about common reasons why Filipino workers ay laging nagpaparelease... mostly sa mga isinulat mo, agree po ako but allow me to add comments on some items...


5. Nabibigatan sa trabaho - ayon po sa Korean Labor Law, if the mode of work is affecting the health of a worker, he/she has the right to transfer to another workplace...

6. Masyado daw mahaba ang oras kahit binabayaran naman ng tama ng amo - ayon po sa Korea Labor Law, compulsory overtime per week should not exceed 16-hours... beyond that, there must be an agreement between a worker and an employer... so kahit binabayaran ng tama ang overtime, wala pa ring karapatan ang employer na i-push ang isang worker to work more overtime hours... wala naman sigurong worker na ayaw kumita ng malaki kaya naiintindihan ko ang iba dyan na paparelease dahil alam ko most of their reasons are health problem due to too much work...

pero nakalimutan yata ni kabayang john to include the following most common reasons of release...

--> employers violation to EPS workers' rights according to Korea labor laws - as a worker, if alam nyo ang rights nyo at alam nyo na it is violated, hahayaan nyo lang ba ang employer nyo na patuloy niyang gagawin yun sa inyo? i agree on sir john's comment saying na "NUMBER ONE ANG PINOY SA PAGPAPARELEASE" compare sa ibang lahi... WHY? for me this is main reason... "IT IS BECAUSE, MOST FILIPINO EPS WORKERS KNOW THEIR RIGHTS BASED ON KOREAN LABOR LAWS..." karamihan sa mga Pinoy, alam nila ang labor laws lalong lalo na sa mga constant readers ng sulyapinoy website... HINDI PO MALI ANG PAGPAPARELEASE IF THE REASONS ARE VALID ACCORDING TO THE LAW...

--> about naman sa comment na "pang-apat nalang ang Pinoy sa preferred choice ng mga Korean employers dahil mareklamo at laging nagpaparelease"... do you have some proof na magpapatunay na iyan po talaga ang pinaka-reason? unless merong proof like a kind of survery or any official study conducted by any reliable group showing the trend, i don't want to agree to that comment... because for me that is not the only aspect to be considered in selecting a foreign worker... quality and quantity of work, Korean language skills, and bilateral relationship between Korean and sending countries must also be the major factors...

--> my opinion is not to encourage my kababayan na lagi nalang magpaparelease or magrereklamo, i am just promoting our right as a foreign worker according to the labor laws... ANG PAGREREKLAMO O PAGFILE NG PETITION SA LABOR AGAINST THE KOREAN EMPLOYERS' LABOR LAW VIOLATIONS, WHICH MAY RESULT SA PAGPAPARELEASE, AY HINDI PARA SA PANSARILING INTERES LAMANG... IT'S FOR ALL, BECAUSE WE ARE GIVING A CLEAR MESSAGE TO THOSE VIOLATORS THAT WE ARE NOT TOLERATING THEIR WRONGDOINGS & DISCRIMINATORY ACTS...

as i said yung kaya nyong sikmurain or pwede ng palagpasin at sabi ko rin pwede mong kausapin ang amo mo sa mga grievances or wrong labor practices na nangyayari sa loob ng kumpanya nyo kung talagang di pa rin umubra kahit kinausap, nakiusap, pinakausap mo na eh thats the time na magparelease ka kasi may grounds na ang reklamo mo lets not argue who's right or wrong hindi naman tayo inosente sa mga karapatan alam naman natin ang tama at mali i just want to remind our fellow kababayan not to argue with someone statement.

majority talaga ng mga nagpaparelease ay nandun sa rason na binigay ni kabayan john walang argumento tungkol dun, konti lang kasi yung mga may grounds ba talaga like maltreatment, long delay of salary, etc.. madami din tinatapos muna nila contract nila then saka sila magpaparelease and i think yun ang proper way kung gusto mo lumipat ng ibang company and be sure magpaalam ka pa rin ng mabuti., kung di ka na ba talaga maligaya sa work mo and theres a legal way then nasa sayo na final decision. maluwag kasi ang labor laws nila kaya pwede itake advantage, di gaya sa ibang bansa

nais ko lang din idagdag ito... below are the following basic steps that i usually advise sa mga kababayan kong nagwowork sa mga companies na hindi marunong sumunod sa labor laws...

1) equipt/empower yourselves about Korean labor laws... in that way, you will know your rights as a foreign worker...

2) if you realize that your employer is violating some provisions of the law particularly on the worker's benefits (such as minimum wage, monthly & yearly paid leave, NPS contribution, proper overtime work salary, proper night-duty allowance, proper working hour system, departure guarantee insurance, maternity leave benefits, industrial accident insurance, proper way of termination of contract and menstruation leave) try to fix them first with your employer internally... try to ask why they are not giving those benefits... those benefits are clearly mandated by the law, so there must be no valid reason of not giving those benefits unless your employer has below 5 regular workers only...

3) if your employer is still not willing to settle down his obligation to provide such benefits, then, it's up to you now... whether tatanggapin mo lang yung mga violations na yun or you will try to claim those benefits and fight for your right...

4) if you wanna fight for your right and willing to claim all those benefits na hindi ibinigay ng employer, you may have 2-basic options to do...
--> first, you may file your petition directly at the labor office or thru online
--> 2nd, you may ask support/assistance from any migrant center or POLO

i always encouraged everyone na huwag matakot ipaglaban ang karapatan...

ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! ALWAYS FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT.If not then, para mo na ring in-justify ang employer sa wrong practice, worst is pinagtatawanan ka na pala deep inside.Sa petition case ko,nakinabang ang ibang foreign workers na deprived & uninformed of their rights & benefits.Binati pa ako ng mga Korean co-workers ko w/ matching THUMBS UP!

Tama po kayo mga sir , pero napakarami ring eps na nagpaparelease tulad sa nabanggit ni sir john na ang dahilan ay walang katotohanan. tulad ng mga nakasama ko noon. nagparelease sila dahil daw nahihirapan sa trabaho, pero ang katotohanan ay gusto sa malapit sa kamaganak,kaibigan o kaya may nakitang kumpanya na mas malaki sahod. ilang beses na paulit ulit na namgyari ito sa kumpanya namin, ang resulta.. nakakasama sa imahe ng mga pilipino. sa ngayon po, ilan na lang kaming pinoy, at di na kumuha ng kapalit na pinoy. meron bagong indonesian at chinese na nagtatrabaho sa amin. Maigi rin sana magkaroon ng investigation ang labor sa kumpanya para malaman ang tumay na katotohanan nang sa gayon ay di mapasama ang kapwa pilipino

Bago tayo pumunta sa korea, meron tayong pdos, sinasabi rito na ang magiging trabaho natin ay 3D which is dangerous, difficult, at dirty. at ilang beses pinapayo ng labor na tapusin ang isang taon para makakuha ng separation pay kung ayaw na talaga sa kumpanya. hindi yung basta nalang magpaparelease ng walang grounds. kawawa naman ang iba mong kasamang pinoy. napapasama ang imahe.gayun din ang mga waiting sa pinas. imbis na naselect na sila, ibang lahi na ang kinukuha. Kung may grounds naman ang reklamo mo, siguro, di ka naman nagiisa. kasama mo ang mga co worker mo na pupunta ng labor para magreklamo. at dun ako saludo sayo dahil ginawa mo ang tama. pero ang magparelease ng puro kasinungalingan, umuwi ka nalang sa pinas. ilang libong pinoy ang gustong pumunta rito sa korea na ang hangad ay magkatrabaho at di saya.
