Purpose: The Foreigners Human Rights Center located in police stations offers counseling and takes care of matters such as extortion, family abuse, overdue wage and violation of human rights, in order to protect the human rights of foreigners. *You can have a counseling service in person, via telephone and mail. The center runs a mobile counseling service to foreigners and quickly helps to reinstate your rights with related authorities & NGO’s.

Purpose: Founded in 1994 by 200 members, PSPD is a civil organization dedicated to promoting justice and human rights in Korean society through the participation of the people. PSPD has been serving as a watch dog against the abuse of power.
