Documentation procedures EPS-KOREA

I. Upon advice of visa, have your re-medical.
II. Once recommended fit to work, you may now pay for e-receipt ( POEA processing fee, OWWA, and PHILHEALTH approximate total of P4,975). Proceed to window 21 and submit the ff: documents for encoding:
- copy 2-OWWA copy of info sheet
- copy of passport
note you will request for encoding only the day you will actually pay.

III. Proceed to window 1 grnd flr. And pay P4,975 (POEA processing fee, OWWA, PHILHEALTH) you will be issued an e-receipt
IV. Submit the ff: for documentation and clearance for ticketing at the RDD/GPB from Monday to Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm.get your number from the guard at the entrance.
1) Copy 1-POEA copy of info sheet
2) Copy of e-receipt
3) Copy of training certificate
4) Copy of passport
5) Copy of valid medical examination result
V. Proceed to CSD-GPB for submission of visa requirements and payment of visa fee.refer to the list of requirements for visa and important reminders given during pre-documentation briefing.

ang pagkakaalam ko pag di pa expired ang medical nyu ay no need napo ... dito sa korea for sure pag dating nyu ng training center kagad po medical kayu ......
