hello sir! ask ko lang po kung bakit gaito ang sinabi sa akin ng amo ko...mag end na ang one (1) yr contract ko dito sa co. namin sa august ...kinuha niya po ang passport at alien card ko para ako ay e-renew ulit after 1 week ibinalik ang aking passport at alien card without extension from it.. I ask from him bat walang extension sa aking ARC? sabi daw sa kanya na pag ngayon mo e-renew yan mas malaki babayaran mo ..totoo po ba ? d ba sabi nila renewal of ARC is 3 months before end of your cotract? thanks and more power to you and the sulyap staff..

yung 3-months before expiration, para po yan sa reemployment application dun sa labor office yung matatapos na ang first 3yrs sojourn ninyo...

pero yung ARC renewal every year, within 2months up to the expiration date, tsaka pa pwede magparenew ng ARC to avoid any penalties... so, i think before 2-months, if iparenew mo na ang ARC mo, baka nga merong dagdag payments kasi hindi pa umabot sa 2months before expiration...
