hi sweetshaine,

yes.. meron po... penalties are 5-years entry ban to Korea and money fines but for the exact amount, according to immigration it's a case to case condition... when i tried to ask them, the immigration representative told me that they cannot tell the amount because certain fines can only be decided while checking the status of the TNT in caught...
