gandang araw po ask ko lng po kung pwede po kami lumipat sa manufacturing,kc consturction po kmi,pero ang visa namin E-9,PWEDE PO BA KAMI,AYON SA LABOR..CODE.TNX

kabayan,

according to EPS policy, changing of workplaces may only be permitted within the same scope of business type or business industry but it is not allowed from one business type to another...

however, those EPS under manufacturing industry who are forced to change workplace due to unforeseen circustances and wish to get a job in agricultural, livestock, construction, and fisheries industry will be allowed to change aforementioned business types...

therefore, EPS worker under agriculture may only transfer to another workplace but same scope of business which is agriculture... same rule will applies to constructions and fisheries...
