TANONG LANG PO ABOUT KOKMIN ?

Tanong ko lang po sana kung pano po kung halimbawa e mag TNT ako, makukuha ko po ba yung kokmin ko?pati na din po yung TIJIKOM ko? maraming salamat po..

pwede mo ba mailaborate why hindi makukuha ang NPS (Kungmin Yeongum) and Severance Pay (Toe Jik Guem) pag TnT ang isang foreign worker?

in my level of knowledge and analysis about them, please refer below...

1) For NPS (Kungmin Yeongum), once you file an application completely bago ka nag TnT baka may chance pa na makukuha yun but you have to buy a plane ticket and you must have a bank account sa Pinas coz they're one of the requirements. If na-approved na ang application mo, anyone from Philippines pwede makapag withdraw sa payment. Ang di ko lang mai-isure is that, pag may easy and early traceability ang Immigration at nalaman na nag TnT and the immigration can report immediately to the NPS incharge... baka may chance na i-cancel out nila ang payment.

2) For Severance Pay (Toe Jik Guem) naman, no matter you're a TnT or legal worker, as long as nakapag work ka nang 1 year or more sa isang company, you can really claim it. Just file an application with complete requirements.

by the way, additional information lang po...

For those TnT who are planning to claim thier NPS (Kungmin Yeongum)... Yes, you can only claim it as long as you and your employer have contributed it through your monthly salary deductions. May special procedure po ang application nyo so for more information please visit Philippine Embassy and POLO Office at Iteawon. Even yung mga nahuli na TnT, they can still claim the NPS through Philippine Embassy or POLO at Philippines.
