me 1 yr and 10 mons visa pa ang matatapos ng 6yrs d2 sa korea ang malungkot nga lng d kasali ang philippines hindi na kasali ang philippines Icon_sad ksai dami pa daw na waiting sa POEA, yan ang sabi ng opis namin nag meeting kc cla sa nudungbo....

sa mga nagpopost po wag po sana ninyong masamain...bago po tayo magpost ng mga topic like ng mga bali-balita..sana po e kumpirmahin muna natin kung gaano ba ka totoo ito at kung saan galing ang balitang ito???

ang pagkakaalam po kasi namin ay parehas lang ang batas na sumasakop sa lahat ng EPS sending countries..at iyong mga nasakop ng batas na mayroong extension na 1yr & 10 months ay iyong mag 3 years pa lang after ng Dec. 10,2009 at iyon nmn pong nakabalik at naifile ang rehire sa labor office before December 10,2009 ay mayroon pang 3 yrs at kapag po natapos na ang kabuuang 6yrs or 4yrs & 10 months natin sa Korea ay wala na po extension....

wag po sana kayong magagalit para nmn po di malilito ang ating mga kababayan sa impormasyong ating ibinabahagi sa kanila...

maraming salamat sa patuloy ninyong pagtangkilik sa SULYAPINOY!!!!

sorry to say but i dont agree with your statement... to avoid confusion, you better consult the National Labor Consulation Center (NLCC) to confirm if totoo po yang sinabi ng office nyo or hindi...

and i agree on sir marzy's comment above...

Hindi naman cguro totoo yan kc bt pa cla nagpaexam kung wala naman palang slot ang phils dun...imposible namang magpapaexam lang ang mga taga poea na walang dahilan...

ang sabi kc ng opis namin after nag meeting cla sa labor ng korea, me visa pa ang matatapos ng 6 yrs, d nga lng kasali ang pilipinas kasi nga lahat ng pinoy na matatapos ng 6yrs ay papauwiin na ng pinas at ung naka WAITING SA POEA ANG IPAPADALA D2.. GETS NYO? LAHAT NG LAHI D2 SA KOREA ME EXTENSION PA AFTER 6YRS MALAIBAN LNG SA PHILPPINES... SHARE KO LNG SA INYO ANG SABI NG OPIS NAMIN, D NAMAN CGURO MAGCCNUNGALING ANG LABOR NG KOREA

sabi din ng kasama kong vietnamese na ung frend nya nabigyan na ng extension po kasi nag end ung 6 yearts nya last month.. pinipilit ko na wala nga extension na dahil un nmn ang sabi ng labor. pero nabigyan nga daw/ magulo talga.. may nagsabi din by end of nov. this year ilalabas ang new law regarding jan, galing po sa uijungbu foreign center

kabayan,

ito lang po ang masasabi ko... talagang nakakalito po if agad naman tayong maniwala sa mga sabi-sabi ng iba... that's why i really suggest you to call directly the labor office nalang thru NLCC (National Labor Consultation Center) at 031-345-5000 para maliwanagan po kayo...

actually all my posts here regarding EPS reemployment policy ay galing din po sa kanila... but if still doubtful pa rin kayo, you better call NLCC directly...

yes better to verify or confirm the report kong totoo kasi i also heard from a friend with other nationalities like vietnam that they are given another 1 year and 10 months. If totoo un good for them pero sa atin sayang kasi mag expire na din visa ko next year. i hope there will be another extension to be fair sa mga eps-philippines from other EPS sending countries. hehe advantage po pra sa mga magexpire. salamat po
