hi to all, to whom it may concern,ask ko lng about toejikom.lahat ba ng foreign workers are eligible to get backpay from their companies with or without payslip issued supposedly by the companies.in my case im not recieving any documents representing my monthly salary,wika nga ng iba,kaliwaan na lng.please reply,thanks a lot

all EPS workers working in a company with 5 or more regular employees are entitled to receive Departure Guarantee Insurance or "toejiguem"... but for those working in a company with 4 or less regular workers only, employers are not obliged to pay toejigeum unless stated in the signed labor contract...

pwede mo iverify ang status ng toejigeum mo sa Samsung Insurance Office thru 02-2119-2400 (english) to confirm if your employer has ensured you for your toejigeum...

be sure to record your last 3-months salary the time na aalis ka na sa company kasi that's the basis for computation... mas better directly deposited to your bank account from your employer as a valid proof...

and by the way, dapat meron po kayong payslip kasi yan po ang nakasaad sa labor law...
