sir reeve ask klng po....after po b ng 1st 3yrs ko ay 3yrs dn b nxt contract ko?april2006 po ako d2 sa korea,,,if ever 3yrs nga sunod ko,my option po b ako n hindi kn tpusin?bale 5th yr kn sa march2011...gus2 kn sna umuwi?ano po b dpat kong gwin?wen ako dpat mgpaalam sa amo ko?my right b sya n hindi pmyag?d n kc tlga ako mgrecontract nxt yr....alam ko syang dn kso i really want to go home n.....situations are not the same in overall d2 sa korea...ung nlng ang option ko,mnsan ung ksma ko d2 n pinoy dn gus2 mgparelease ayaw pmyag ng amo nmin,,,gus2 pauuwiin dw kmi...tama b yun?does he have the right to do that?il patiently wait for your reply...salamot po ng mrami...

mam makasabat na po...di naman po kayo pwede pigalan ng amo nyo kung di nyo na gusto tapusin ang kontrata nyo..kasi unang una hawak nyo naman ang passport nyo.pero mas maganda na month before ay magpaalam po kayo ng maayos para mayos nyo yung iba nyo pa na makukuha na benfits.like tijikom at yung gookmin ay maprocess nyo din bago kayo umuwi..same process gaya ng nagexit ka dati...sana pagisipan mo magalaing bago ka magdecide talaga na umuwi..di naman lingid saiyo na mahirap ang buahy satin.pero kung wealthy enough at nakaipon ka na...at stayka na satin ,...so good for you..pero isipin mo na lang marami nakikipagsikisikan at nagtry magpunta dito sa korea..para makapagwork....

kabayan,

whatever your reasons for deciding to go home for good, i respect that but i agree on kabayang jrtorres' comment above... you should think it carefully before making final decision... you should consider the current situation of our country...

if are you really decided to go home na, wala pong magagawa ang amo nyo... according to labor law, you should inform your employer one month before the effectitivy of your resignation... hindi po kayo pwede pipigilan ng amo nyo.. as long you will follow the 1-month notice... be sure to process your toejigeum, return cost insurance, and kukmin bago kayo umuwi...

yun namang pagpaparelase, may rights talaga ang employer na ayaw i-approve ang request sa pagpaparelease, but if merong violations po ang amo nyo such as hindi tamang salary, hindi pagbibigay ng night differential, hindi pagbibigay ng annual paid leave, hindi pagcocontribute ng kukmin at pagbayad ng toejigeum, those are valid reasons para kayo ay magpaparelease... pumunta lamang kayo sa labor office at magfile ng petition against sa current employer nyo... after that you can request the labor office na magpaparelease kayo...
