the only visa that maybe granted to your sister is C-3 (tourist visa)...
1. your sister must go to the Korean Embassy and settle the requirements - accomplishment of the form, valid passport, bank statement (no required amount of money), certificate of employment...
2. if you will invite her, you should accomplish an invitation letter translated to Korean language & notarized by the Philippine Embassy (don't know the fee)
3. for the expenses, definitely once the visa is approved, prepare for the airfare ticket, but for the visa fee, the highest amount is 3,500.00, depending on how long your sister will stay in Korea
4. application form at the Korean Embassy is free of charge

ask q lng if citizen knb d2? or aswa ng korean? mas madali kc mag invite kpg isa k s mga ganun..nag invite aq ng sis q d2 at thank god d nmn cya nadeny..married aq s korean..bigyan lng kta ng tips s pagprocess ng sis q..
1..if may passport kna go to korean embassy with the following requirements: nso birthcertificate nun iinvite mo, nso birth certificate ng nag invite, marriage contract nyo n galing d2 s korea..hand written ng aswa mo korean smen kc kht hnd notarized accept nila dun s embassy..id pic 2x2 white background, fill up form from embassy photocopy ng passport mo, pati ng aswa mo, ung front lng..yan lng tas 1,500php n pambayad s visa..
2..after macheck lahat ng requirements ppablikin k n lng nun for releasing..sis q no need n ng bank statement..depende ata s situation..
bsta un lng process ng sis q..tas ok na..simple db hehe..d q nga akalain n ganun lng kadali mag invite..hope makatulong..

sis what if i am not a citizen here, an eps, am i allowed to invite? i want my wife to come here and maybe it will speed up her application if i can send her an invitation..thnaks..godbless

it depends if your employer can assist you in the process, however, as far as I know, EPS are not granted the right to invite visitor in Korea from the Philippines. nevertheless, your wife may inquire at the Korean Immigration on the process of C-3 visa without the need of submitting the invitation letter...
as long as your wife's paper are true and authenticated, there's no problem in acquiring c-3 visa... goodluck! my wife once visited me here in Korea by acquiring c-3 visa... i did not provide any invitation letter, she just processed the visa all by herself, and luckily she was granted a visa, now, she's in the Philippines already...

divorced po ako sa asawa kong korean.bale citizen na po ako dito.me boyfriend po ako ngaun at sya po ay filipino.and we're planning to settle down(marry).ang problema tnt po sya.pag umuwi ho ba kmi at mgppkasal sa pinas.mkkbalik pa ho ba sya di2?.gano ho ktagal?ano ho bng mga importanteng kailangan? ..

to ms. dramy,
consider these facts:
* b/w you & your new bf, you're the only one holding a korean citizenship, therefore, it doesn't affect your bf's situation;
* even if you will settle down in the philippines, it will not affect the fact that your bf is overstaying/illegal migrant here in Korea;
* of course there's a possibility that your bf can come back here in seoul, depending on the situation, how long? no one can tell you...
* if in case your husband will go home in the philippines, there's this information that all foreigners who goes in & out in Korea will undergo fingerprinting - therefore it may affect your bf's plan of coming back here in Korea once he undergoes fingerprinting at Korean Immigration... (we all know the fact that if it is a law, no one will be exempted from it)
