gudnews po sa lahat ng e8 dati n nging e9 maavail pa po natin ang 1 and 10 mos according to labor...total of 8yrs lahat... maari po kayong pumunta sa nudungbo at maitanong nyo rin po ng personal... salamat po... kampay!!! hehehe

kc kakasabi lang sa amin ng opsina na kahit gus2 pa ng kumpanya wala na magagawa kc dun nga sa bagong batas na 6yrs talaga

kabayan,,,,kung totoo man yang sinasabi mo na plus 1 yr /10 mos pa tayo ,a total of 8 yrs ..sersyososohin mo naman sana lahat ng sinasabi mo para lahat ng eps makinabanang sa mensahe mong yan,,, ano ang source mo at saan/?? pwedeng i post mo grrrrrrrrr

di ko po kayo ginugudtym kung e8 kyo dati at nasa second sojurn bilang e9 mayroon pa tyong 1 and 10 months. maari po kayong punta ng nodungbu at iconfirm ninyo personally gaya po ng ginawa ko.... ito po sa mga dating trainee lng po di kasama ang mga e9 n nsa 2nd sojurn na. note. hindi ibinilang ang taon ng e8 sa e9

eh....... ako dating d-3-2 visa trainee din,last 2006 after 1yr naging e-8 at 1 yr ulit naging e9 ako.at last 2009 june 3yrs.at this time my 2nd sojourn 2yrs and 10 mos lang tayo sir.,,BASAHIN MONG MABUTI ANG NASA HOME PAGE VERY CLEAR 3+2YRS,10 MOS AND 3+1YR ,10 MOS, ,,,

3yrs E8 at 3yrs E9 ako matatapos na ang 3+3 ko dis july pero kakasabi lang sa amin ng sa opisina nagpunta cla sa labor kailan lang hangang 6 yrs lang daw talaga kami kahit gus2 pa kami ng sajang gus2 nga kami pabalikin ng sajang pero wala daw cla magagawa dahil sa bagong batas..

jncag kayo po tlgang d mkkavail nun kc ganyan din kasama ko 1yr nya e8 tpos e9 2yrs, then 2nd sojurn e9, so d sya pasok dun. mam liza kug gusto po tlga nyong mprub kyo po punta ng labor pra po malinawan kyo.

same lng po kyo ng kasasma ko n 1yr e8, e9 2yrs then 2nd sojurn e9 3yrs. di po tlaga kyo pasok dun.

mag s six years kami dito sa kumpanya namain.
mag a anim na taon na walang lipatan kahit na isa..
ayaw nya kami sanang bitawan pa,kase talaga lang na kabisado
na namin mga trabaho at mga makina dito..
kaya lang wala na raw talaga..
till six years lang daw kami..
kaya ewan ko lang kung totoo yan bro..
pero salamat na rin sa info..
kung yaan ang paniniwala mu..
teka na irenew ka na ba jan sa sinasabi mo..???

thanks for your post and for sharing your visa status... actually prompting your post, i contacted the labor office while ago to clarifiy again the reemployment condition for workers under E-8 visa in which after reemployment naging E-9 visa na sila...
the labor office thru NLCC foreign hotline, reiterated that NO 2ND EXTENSION ANYMORE REGARDLESS YOU'RE UNDER E-8 OR E-9 VISA... BECAUSE E-8 VISA POLICIES ARE CONSIDERED AS E-9 VISA...
therefore, if you came here in Korea under E-8 visa for 3-years and reemployed under E-9 visa, that means wala na pong another reemployment na mangyayari...
i am just basing to NLCC's statement, so if you still have doubts, i suggest you to visit the labor office nalang in person...
