hi liza,

full 3-yrs ba siya nakapagwork dyan sa company? magkano ba ang basic salary niya? pakitawag nalang sa samsung insurance office at 02-2119-2400 para maclarify nya kung magkano talaga matatanggap niya sa samsung... kasi if full 3-years siya... supposedly ang marereceive nya na toejigeum from samsung should be monthly basic salary x 3months...

then pakicompute din yung last 3-months gross salary nya according to standard toejigeum computatio... then deduct the amount to be given by samsung insurance... ang remaining amount shall be paid by your employer...

ganun pa rin ba sir dave ang computation ng tejicom base parin sa last 3 months na salary... bakit ako sumasahod ako ng 1.4 hangang matapos ang kontrata ko ng 3 taon nakakuha ako sa samsung 2.7m tapos tumawag ako sa kumpanya sabi sa akin meron pa ako makukuha sa kanila na 2.4m... bakit ang laki yata naman... by monday daw nila ihuhulog...

ganun ba... sana magkatotoo yan... kasi napakaswerte mo if umabot ng 5.1mil and marereceive mo na toejigeum kahit 1.4mil lang sahod mo sa last 3-months... Very Happy

pakiupdate nalang dito if magkatotoo and pakitanong din sa amo mo kung ano ang reasons... thanks...
