sir ask ko lng po..boss ko po kc nagpapahanap s akin ng tao..marami n pinoy nag apply s amin d2 pero di nila nagustuhan yung accomodation gus2 yta ng mga yun ns apartele at condo. sila...ok nman ang accomodation nmin d2 sadyang my nga tao lng n mapili.......

ang tanong ko sir kc nahihirapan n amo ko kumuha ng pinoy kya nagpapatulong sya s akin makuha kamag anak ko s pinas..kaso di nya alam ang tamang proseso....paano po ang gagawin namin pr m hire d2 mga kapatid ko n nasa pilipinas? ano2 po ang requirements at saan po agency d2 s korea kmi lalapit at ano po contact number nila..maraming salamat po....

kabayang revilo,

this is my opinion...

1) if under E-9 visa (EPS), malabo kasi first and foremost, need to take and pass the KLT exam ang mga relatives mo... pero on the illegal side, if merong agency sa Pinas na malakas ang connection sa POEA, baka possible yan... alam mo na sa atin... kaliwa't kanan ang mga illegal... although i am recommending this but i'm just giving you an idea...
2) if under E-7 visa (General Occupation), may possibility as long as yung company ng amo mo can prove the Ministry of Justice in Korea that he needs a skilled workers and yung skills na kelangan dapat magmatch sa experience and educational background ng mga relatives mo... this case, your eployer must visit the Immigration Office for more details...
3) pwede ring under D-3-2 visa (Industrial Training)... but your employer must exert effort that his comany shall be recommended by the head of Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business to hire foreign workers under this visa... tell him to visit the Immigration Office or the Ministry of Justice office for more details...

industrial training visa po yan under Small and Medium Enterprises... please refer below for more details...


Industrial Training (D-3)

Application Eligibility: Those fulfilling conditions set by the Minister of Justice, that are seeking industrial training in the following firms:

1) enterprise with outward foreign direct investment under the foreign Exchange Law (D-3-1)
2) the enterprise which experts technology aboard with the Minister of Justice's confirmation for the industrial training (D-3-1)
3) the enterprise which experts industrial equipment abroad under the Overseas Trade Law (D-3-1)
4) the enterprise which the head of industry-related organization recommends appointed by the head of the competent central authorities...
- small and medium enterprises recommended by the head of Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (D-3-2)
- vessel near close sea recommended by the head of National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives (D-3-3)
- construction enterprises recommended by the head of Construction Association of Korea (D-3-5)
- Agricultural and stock breeding enterprises recommended by the head of National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (D-3-6)

Required Documents
※ Documents to be filed may be added/exempted if needed in the process of review.

1) A photocopy of passport
2) Application for Recognition of Visa Issuance
3) A training plan written by training organization
4) A copy of salary ledger
5) A letter of recommendation written by foreigner industrial training enterprise or Documents that prove that the enterprise satisfies the related condition
6) Reference

hi bluecool,

i think same lang din sa E-7 visa... as long as you have completed the requirements as well as the hiring employer's requiements, i think maximum of one 1-month is enough to get a visa... thanks...

sir dave..pano po pag halimbawa klt passer ako then may kakilala din ako sa korea na pwee ako ipasok sa work...pano po ako makikita ng employer sa roster?makikita po dun ang name ko?ano po ang dapat nilang hanapin dun sa roster pra mapili nila ako?thanks po...

it always depend on the company but normally only bigger companies can hire foreign workers under E-7 visa so the benefits are better... also, D-3 is a training visa, so some acts of Koraen Labor Law are not applicable...

hi angel,

as i have posted in other threads, para sa mga new KLT passers where their name are already listed in the jobseekers roster, all they can do are wait and hope na mapili sila agad ng hiring employers thru random selection...

kasi po as confirmed by the NLCC (National Labor Consultation Center), currently it is not possible that a hiring employer can request a specific name to be hired because the system only allows random selection...

an employer may only advise the sex and age he needs to be hired then the system will randomly produce the names and photos for final selection... after that an employer may also review the work experience of the names appeared in the system as a basis for his final selection...
