posible ba?
sir dave ask ko lng po halimbawang magbakasyon ako sa pinas posible bng maipacansel ng sajang ko ung re-entry ko na inisue ng amigration sa akin pra makabalik dto............kaya kya ng sajang ko na maipacansel ung re-entry ko pra di ako makabalik dto sa korea?salamat po.........

as long as ung visa mo at contract mo sa company is still valid, hindi po basta-basta maipacancel ng amo mo na walang valid reason... nakasaad po sa Korean Labor Standard Act na if ang employer would like to terminate the employment contract agreement between him and his worker, there should be one month notice given to the worker prior to termination...
in case if you're in a vacation, kahit sabihin pa niya sa immigration na hindi ka na pababalikin sa company nya dahil... for ex. humina or magsasara na.., you can till come back to Korea as long you have the re-entry stamp in your passport... and once you arrived in Korea, you can apply for your release at the local labor office...
one more thing, one of the requirements to apply for a re-entry stamp before your vacation is a recommendation/approval letter from your employer... so having that letter, it is very obvious that your employer have approved your vacation...

may tatak na po ng re-enry ung pasport ko june 1 ung balik ko kya lng baka kc pwede nyang icansel un incase na andon na ko sa pinas..............maraming salamat po.
