GOOD DAY PO SA INYO...MAY NAKAUSAP PO AT NAKASABAY KASI UNG CO-WORKER KO NA NAGBAKSYON NOONG NKARAANG BUWAN. FINISHED CONTRACT NA SILA(5 SILANG MAGKAKASABAY) NG 3YRS AT MAY DALA NAPO SILANG VISA NO. GANUN DIN PO UNG KAMAG-ANAK NG KAIBIGAN KO DITO UMUWI PO SIYA NOONG FEBRUARY AT NAKABALIK NA SIYA NG LAST WEEK FOR RE-ENTRY, KAYA PO ANG TANONG KO PO CONTINUES PA DIN PO BA ANG RE-ENTRY 3PLUS 3? kabayang alcast,

yung umuwi ng February, im sure naiprocess na siya ng employer nya before Dec. 10, 2009 pa... kaya nakahabol pa siya ng old policy...

again, para sa mga nalilito pa, if naisubmit yung application for reemployment before Dec. 10, 2009, the EPS worker should belong to old policy (3+3) kahit yung uwi nya ay January or February 2010 na...

yung application date for reemployment ang dapat icoconsider natin dito at hindi yung departure date or arrival date back to Korea... pwede kasi mag-aply ng reemployment ang isang employer for his worker within 90~30 days before the workers 3-yrs visa expiration...

Gandang umaga po! ask q lng po sna balak ko ksing umuwi ngaung june kc 3 yrs n po ako ngaung june 23 peru ang pasport ko mag expired ngaung august 23,pwede po bang s pinas n mag p renew? binigyan ako ng re entry n peru tanong ng ofice nmn kong ilang buwan mag bigay ng visa ko p balik kc ang pasport ko po ay pa expired n.. Question

makukuha po b ang kukmin?

hi gie-gie,

if uuwi ka ng June 3 at mag-3yrs ka by June 23, ang tanong ko, naiprocess ka na ba ng reemployment sa amo mo? yung sinabi mong re-entry, baka for vacation lang yan at hindi ka pa talaga na-iprocess ng reemployment for another 1-yr and 10-months?

if hindi pa, then you should tell your employer to process your reemployment before ka uuwi ng Pinas kasi if hindi po naiprocess yan 15-days before mag-end ang 3-yrs mo, im sure di ka na makakabalik ng Korea...

one more thing, if ur passport will expire on August, so 3-months nalang pala natitira before it expires... therefore, you should renew your passport ASAP because one of the reqirements of your reemployment is your passport must be 6-months before its expiration...

ah,salamat po...yon ang ginawa ko nong isang araw nag p renew n ako ng passport tapos ung ticket ko nkabili n kc aq pina extend ko hanggang ma e process ng amo ko ang re entry ko kc kinuha ng opisina ang old passport ko at ailien card ko para dagdag 1 yr & 10 months..
