ask lang po sana.. bawal po ba sa isang company ang long time break? for example po, ang working hours po is 9 am and then out po ng 8pm, bale 3 hrs break po ang break ng empleyado, allowed po sa sa labor ang ganun? tnx... Very Happy

ang breaktime po ay depende sa kumpanya at sa haba ng oras ng trabaho...pero meron po batas na nakasaad sa labor code na dapat e merong break in between working hours....example you are working 8hrs a day you should have at least 1hr break or 30mins in every 4hrs...

eh panu po pag long break yung ginagawa ng company wich is dapat db? 8 hrs lang ang regular duty example pasok ng 9am then out ng 8pa so ang lumalabas na breaktime is 3 hrs. wich is bawal yun db? kc ndi bayad yun ng comp. ask ko po kung pede talaga yung long hrs break na ganun.. tnx

hehehe ganun...uu nga may advantage naman kea lang sayang time db? pede b un sa labor? kung ikaw payag ka po ba pag ganun? hehe ge nga...

hi pham,

regular working hrs a day is 8-hrs... for ex. if you start ur work at 9am to 8pm then break time 3hrs from 11am~1pm... so 8hrs pa rin labas... hindi po violation sa labor law yan... ito ang violation, if you work more than 8-hrs and the excess of 8hrs were not considered as overtime rate...
