hello po ..gusto ko pong itanong kung ano ang H2 visa na ito. kasi po may nagsabi sa akin na iyong deritsong 5 years po daw eh maging H-2 after finishing your 3 years contract at puwede ka daw magpalipat-lipat ng kompanya gaya din ng mga koreano, Is this true?maraming salamat po sulyap staff...

di po totoo yan... ang H2 visa ay para lang po sa mga Overseas Korean... ano po ang Overseas Koreans? please refer below...


Under Article 3 of Overseas Koreans Immigration and Legal Status Law Enforcement Ordinance, Overseas Korean means...

1) Former holders of Korean nationality that have since acquired a foreign nationality.
2) Foreign nationality holders that have a parent a grandparent who had been a Korean national at one point in their life.
3) CIS countries : Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan

i see... kaya pala... kasi applicable sa kanila ang H2 visa... tingnan mo ang item #3 ng Overseas Korean definition...
