sir/madam,

and sister ko po dating worker sa Korea kakauwi niya lang d2 last May 13, 2010. nahuli kc sila. pero wala tatak iyong passport niya na "no entry to korea" di tulad ng mga kasama niya nahuli my tatak. gustong- gusto po niya bumalik ng korea para magwork baka pwede mo po kmi tulungan...

hi rosemarie,

hindi naman sa passport ang control ng Korean immigration on how to verify a foreign worker if meron siyang violations sa immigration law...

actually, it has a centralised system wherein nakarecord lahat ang mga names with respective photo ng mga nahuli or nagvoluntarily exit na irregular foreigners in Korea...
