good day po.. ask ko lng po sana kung bakit may minus sa computation ng salary ko ang linggo samantalang wla nmn po kming pasok non..kasi po 4 days aqng hndi nkpasok nung last week.. (wed,thursday,fri at sat) dahil ngkaskit aq..ngyn po pgdting ng attendance tally sheet nmn, minus po ako ng 5days..gnon po b tlg un? hinihingi ko po computation ng salary nmn pero d po bnbgy smin.. Question salamat po...

Sa experience ko lang dito sa company namin ay same din sa method ng company mo. Walang bayad ang Linggo once na may absent ka kahit isa from Mon to Friday. Mababayaran lang Linggo kapag nabuo mo 1week work.

Ewan ko lang sa ibang company or related labor laws about this.

Sa amin po kasi wala talagang bayad ang linngo.. kasi po day off po namin.. Naguguluhan lang po kasi aq bakit pati linggo kasama sa minus.. Pero pagsahuran na po hindi naman binabayaran ang sunday samin..

Sa tingin ko naguguluhan ka lang sa method ng payslip or pasahod sayo. Lahat ng EPS bayad ang Linggo kahit day off nyo yun.. Kung mag work ka pa ng Linggo ay additional na bayad ulit. Hindi mo lang nakikita yun sa payslip mo or computation method.

So once na hindi mo na-complete ang 1week work schedule ay hindi babayaran Linggo. Kaya ka may kaltas ng Linggo dahil may absent ka.

Kung sinasabi mo na hindi bayad ang Linggo mo na day off, it means below 800T won ba ang basic mo in a month? I think not.

Magkano ba sinasahod mo in a month? Basic, then Basic + OT?

Ganito po kasi ang payslip namin..
Basic salary : 714860
Production allowance: 50,000
Insurance allowance:50,000
Jojoung allowance(d ko po lam s english) : 44,130
ganyan po b ang basic talaga?


Talaga pong naguguluhan ako..Pati po s menstration leave ko minus.. Dahil dw po wala p kong 1 year s company.. Pasensya n po, marami akong tanong.. Salamat po and God bless..

Nakasaad dyan na minimum salary ay 858,900 won based on a 40-hour workweek system. Ikaw ang total gross salary mo ay 858,990 won so pasok sya sa minimum salary wage for 2010.
