ex korean na nag surrender pwede pa ba bumalik at mag apply ng EPS

ask ko lang po sa nakakaalam pwede po kaya ako mag apply uli papunta korea? tnt po ako before, na nag surrender last april 2009 so mag 1 year na po ako d2 sa pinas this coming april,pwede pa po kaya ulit ako mag apply for eps?

ask ko lang po kung may age limit pa rin po ba? for example natapos ko po yung 6 years ko dito ang age ko po 41 yrs old pero hindi po ako nag tnt pwede pa po kaya ako? thanks po
